It was deliberate. This is what THIS BUSINESS DID and it is vile and unacceptable to say the least, and the owner HAS to know and is completely complicit or is completely ignorant of its employees which is even worse. I've had nothing but excellent customer service here. No matter what location I am at, the staff will check their online inventory to see if they have what you're looking for in stock, in most cases there's been a few times where they didn't have a particular pair of shoes in stock, but they ordered for me and had it delivered to my house.
