Clean, protected, etc. but when it came down to collecting on the referral fee, they said the new tenant had to select between getting a month free rent or me getting the referral fee for sending them there. What the heck?! That is not a referral fee. You either offer a special to the new tenant or you don't. You either pay a referral fee or you don't. What you don't do is lead people on. Keep in mind, when you look online, the one month free rent is advertised. It is not an either or situation. Extremely frustrated and feeling taken and abused by this company. I will NOT refer to them in the future. I now see what business means to them.

It started off being $35 a month for a 5x10 unit which was okay. It's the size of a walk in closet basically. We're military so we needed it considering moving a lot into different size houses... well they have upped the price basically every month and now it's $65 which is insane to me and we will be giving our notice today. I'd rather sleep on top of my stuff than pay that. PLUS in the beginning the gate was never up or working so the units were not gated for the longest time.
