I made a call to them Sunday around lunch time because my son lost the only key we had for our 2010 Ford Edge. Chris a mobile service tech answered the phone immediately and explained he was headed to another call and would call me back shortly. Chris did call back 15 mins or so mins later and was polite and understanding of our situation which made me feel good about him helping us with a new key. Chris arrived at the car before I was able to get there and asked my permission if he could go ahead and start on making a new key which I was happy with that. I arrived 10 mins later and Chris was already done and writing up my bill for new key and the price was exactly what he told me it would be. Stuck motorcycle fuel cap the key would not open. Other locksmiths I called would not touch. Irmo Lock Company came through with flying colors. The technicians were able to fix my problem in short order. I had been trying for 5 days to get that fuel cap open on a bike stored too long. Professional, courteous and even liked my two small dogs. The repair at the motorcycle was could have easily run into hundreds of dollars at Kawasaki dealer plus I would have to deliver it on trailer. Excellent service. The door lock on my wife's 2012 Toyota Highlander would not work with the key. This is the only "key" lock on the entire vehicle. This could be a real disaster if the remote failed or the car battery died. The dealer wanted an entire day and an obscene price to replace the door lock. If I let them replace the lock, the key would not be correct and we would then need two keys to operate the vehicle, one for the door and one for the ignition. Love these guys. Carmax sent me here to repair a fob key for my car. No matter how crazy the problem made me sound they took me seriously and treated as such. My key now works fine! Thanks guys. They also hooked me up with a spare part for a project I want to attempt. Also, the best place to go for replacement fob keys. They blow the dealer pricing out of the water. Irmo lock is able to do some advanced auto work on newer cars regarding key fob programming , duplicates , etc . I have a 2019 Land Rover with a key horror story and the dealer quote was $2300+.
