Kate seems to be oblivious to the needs of her clients and does nothing to make sure they are safe, several things were unclear from the beginning and she takes forever to tattoo. She also pressured me into buying other crap that she sells and pretty much stole a tip! She was very rude when I told her I didn't like it. She clearly did not care. Yuck!
