I had an appointment quickly, and the gentleman came out on Friday morning. I had been given a 9 - 11 window. Since I was working from home, I wasn't too concerned. I showed him the washer in the basement and gave him as much detail as I could on what was happening. Not long after leaving him to his work, he came back up to let me know that a part was needed to repair the machine and that the cost would be $75. I was happy to hear that it wasn't going to cost me a lot to get the machine fixed or learn that I'd have to replace it. He left to get the part and had everything done a short time afterward. The total cost of the visit was $190 (there is a visit fee separate from any parts that might be needed). He ran the machine before leaving to ensure that everything was working as it should. I was quite happy to get caught up on my laundry over the weekend. If/when the dryer starts to fail, Anderson will be my first and only call. They are easy to work with, don't keep you waiting all day for them to arrive, and quickly suss out and fix any problems they find. Everything was explained in understandable terms, as well.

After recently having another HVAC company inspect our system, we discovered significant rust, standing water, and damage inside the furnace. We were also given documented concerns regarding the condensate drainage/setup. We contacted Anderson (being hung up on twice) and provided photos, invoices, and the other HVAC company's findings. Anderson denied responsibility, and we have been extremely disappointed with how our concerns were handled. We are now having to replace our furnace and AC at significant expense. Based on our personal experience, I would strongly encourage others to do their research before hiring Anderson Mechanical. I personally would not use this company again or recommend them to friends or family.

It was not inspected thoroughly... they did the cheapest, quickest fix... I called them today - to tell them its still leaking - and he said they cant come back for two weeks. I told him it was damaging the ceiling and dripping on the bed... he said that two weeks was the best he could do. Think twice before you call - they don't care for ongoing business - or - warrantying their work in a timely manner. BEWARE!

I had the misfortune of a tree falling through my roof just before Thanksgiving 2016. My insurance…read moreagent highly recommended ProTech so I called them with confidence. I had tarped the roof and consulted with the project manager who advised emergency remediation, and they came quickly to "double-check" and reinforce my tarp work so that water would not pour in. So far so good. Given the Thanksgiving holiday, they were not able to begin work until a couple weeks out, and I was accommodating. Then in early December we had a snap of VERY cold weather, and ProTech advised it was too cold to work. Again, I was accommodating. Then it was the Christmas holidays... then it was New Years... then it was "too cold" again... Soon it was approaching March of 2017 and little progress had been made on repairing my roof. Contact with the project manager became more sporadic. Ultimately it was well into spring before work was underway, and then it was very slow. One day, they came and FINALLY undertook the work - though I was not at home and had little notice (which was fine enough). However, the project manager said there was more damage, roof trusses had to be replaced, etc. and increased the damage estimate substantially. I didn't have issue with this per se, but I asked the project manager to share pictures and a details list of the additional work so that I had this documentation for my records. I never received any of this information. While the bulk of the work was completed (the roofing and "truss repair") almost a YEAR LATER, the additional work to replace the rainspouts and fascia trim and finish painting went uncompleted for months. My project manager was MIA. Several months later, the finish tasks were "completed" but sloppily. When they painted, they had used the wrong colour paint. This was partly my fault, as I had left the leftover paint for them from the original homeowner; however, when they painted, then splashed broad swaths of the wrong colour paint on the siding - work that was not even part of the repair - and I couldn't fathom why they felt compelled to do this. Eventually we got the right colour paint and this part of the task was completed. But the rainspouts were replaced with substandard quality workmanship, and after a few conversations with the new project manager (apparently my original PM had been terminated for failing to keep up with projects), I felt so tired of dealing with them that I just wanted them gone. It had been over a year at this point. I received an invoice that included several hundred dollars for "debris removal", and I questioned this charge because I still have a pile of roofing and boards with nails sticking out on the side of my house. I wrote a letter to the project manager asking for an adjustment to the invoice in good faith. This request was not acknowledged and they happily charged the full amount for what I felt was substandard and incomplete work. I strongly recommended to my insurance company to never recommend them again (and they took them off of their providers list), and I will do the same to advise against ProTech to anyone who asks.

At final insurance review, the claim adjuster said they did things they didn't have to and the sale guy said it was required and would send the information to the insurance guy. He never sent the information to the insurance guy and the deadline for the claim came and neither I or the insurance adjuster heard from Protech. I thought about suing them when I found out I had a right to Aluminium siding but didn't at the time. Almost 6 months AFTER the claim was paid and closed, they sent me an invoice, Do NOT use this company. I am hiring an attorney and won't be shocked if it turns into a class action suit as I am sure others have been scammed by them

Cold called me when I'm on the National Do Not Call list to solicit services on a property I no…read morelonger own. They went into detail saying they are following up on properties that experienced storm damage, when in reality they are attempting to storm chase. The lack of researching who you are cold calling tells me your level of professionalism. I would not recommend a company that is just chasing storms to get work. Instead let someone call you based on your work. That's a $1500 fine by the way.

Our Field Manager, Jeremiah, came to the house to give us an estimate for a new roof and gutter guards. Our roof was in need of a serious overhaul. Jeremiah explained the entire roofing process, materials and why certain things would need to be done certain ways - which left me confident that the estimate was accurate, fair and exactly what I would need to get the job done right. He even brought multiple single sample colors so I could pick the perfect one for the house and then got us on his calendar within A WEEK. The materials arrived on time and were put in a place that was convenient for us. The Metro crew that did the roof was amazing. They were SO FAST! The entire house roof and garage were done in ONE DAY. I couldn't believe it. The workers were great - nice and considerate. They did an amazing job cleaning up as well. We haven't found a single nail or piece of trash larger than shingle dust after they were done cleaning up the job. Two weeks later they came out and cleaned out the gutters and put gutter guards on. Done quickly and on time. AWESOME! I can't say enough what great work Metro and Jeremiah did for us! I'm now not worried every time it rains that our roof is gonna leak and knowing I don't have to clean out gutters ever again makes me so happy. Thanks Jeremiah and Metro!!

No price transparency, and no accountability. When I shared my experience and frustration, I was told that I must've had a bad experience with someone else because these guys are so great. Avoid and work with someone who was more willing to treat you as an actual customer rather than a mark to be fleeced. Of all the quotes I got, no one else insisted it had to be reviewed in person in my home, so watch out for these tactics, not how an honest company operates.

Levi admitted the workmanship was poor and his crew spent 1.5 days repairing the newly installed vinyl siding including caulking only because we refused to pay the remaining balance. Levi sent us installation instructions for the facia and his crew did not follow Levi's instructions. Levi refused to have the fascia installed correctly. Levi and his crew were disrespectful to us and our property. Levi's crew left food and garbage all over the yard and Levi was full of excuses and lies. Levi allowed details to remain unfinished. T&J Construction is a 0-Star company.
