I totally trusted them. Shortly after the replacement it leaked. They came out it promptly, diagnosed the problem and allegedly made the repair. This spring with the rains it leaked again in both places. I reported and they came out again. Without in inspecting, walking up the driveway they said it was condensation, and that was my problem. Mind you the roof never leaked before. It's now staining my sheet rock inside the house, I'm sure its now a mold problem. After concerned conversation they said they would send out a specialist to test and now crickets from them. Ive even had a fan going on both the impacted areas trying to dry it out 24/7. When it seems dry I paint because it looks horrible. Then when it rains, I have to start over. I'm a old man (64). I shouldn't have climb up ladder, having to risk my health to try to repair the damage again and again hoping the damage has been resolved. I hoped not to write a letter here, but the "it's your problem" is a real problem for future clients....

I tried to contact them again to do the work again. I could not get a response from them at all. Do they only have 1 person answering the phones? All I could get was voicemail. I did manage to get one email reply. When I tried to follow up to set up an appointment...nothing. I tried calling multiple time since, sending more emails, and still getting no response. Not sure what they issue is there. If they don't want the work, just reply once and say you aren't interested. Definitely disappointed with this. It shouldn't be that hard to get a response.
