Most railing companies said that they couldn't do it. MetalArc was one of the few willing to accept the challenge and the unknowns that came with it. They worked hard to understand my vision and priorities. I am very particular in what I want and don't want. They respected that and were not put off by it. They are very, very kind people. The project gave them challenges beyond their expectations, but they were patient and stuck with it each time. I am thrilled with the final result. On my end, there were a few challenges as well. I had to be extremely patient with the schedule. The project was bid at a flat rate, however, they increased it when they had a better understanding of the project. This was after I was already committed and had made a large deposit. I was frustrated by that because I thought the project was clear from the beginning since I had a picture of what I wanted to replicate. The payment installments were confusing and, as things took longer, they added new installments. I had to be firm that the final installment would be paid when the project was done. They had a few employees turnover which directly impacted my project. All but one did great work; but the one caused some major hiccups as did the transitions in general. We finished the project as a team. The results are beautiful. We are on good terms. We are planning to work together again, thankfully on a much more straightforward project!

However, the company she had used in the past wouldn't call me back. I found MetalArc using Google. And I'm beyond happy I did. First, their commitment to their craft is top notch. They will work diligently to get the project right. The level of refinement that we were looking for with these doors was not a hurdle they shied away from but rather they accepted the challenge and worked side by side with me to get it exactly right. The finished product is stunning, we couldn't be happier. Second, David's level of communication is a rarity. He is such a well spoken, clear and eloquent communicator. It is a lost art in today's day and age. I was impressed time and time again with his clarity and thoughtfulness in every conversation and email. This was truly a "project" that required communication and collaboration and he impressed me time and time again. Third, he is a good man whose primary goal was not only meeting but exceeding expectations. On top of being an expert in his craft, he has mastered being a good person. I can't say enough good things about him (and his brother, Joseph!). Thank you we will continue to sing your praises.

Kyle is amazing. I see pictures of the creative ironwork he has done, and I was almost certain but…read moremy job is so small I doubted that he would even be interested. All I need is to some custom bases for my log posts (deck). To my surprise, he volunteered to stop by my house to see the posts and help me with the design. He showed up in less than an hour inspected my logs, and then told me that I did not NEED to those parts. His solution was way simpler and cheaper. He just talked me out of giving him a job!!! What an honest man. I then asked him how much he would charge based on the original design. His price came in much lower than I expected (I base my estimate on previous work done by others). So, Kyle is just one of those rare people who is super talented, reasonably priced, ands cares only for the customer's interest.

He evidently enjoys doing projects that help your property stand out. Yet he also listened to what i was seeking as the customer and integrated that into the project. We've had other metalwork projects done by others & what nightmares! Kyle is the first and only who showed up every time, on time and our first contracted tradesman in a year of any type who finished the project when he said he was going to do so on time & correctly. He was a pleasure to work with & clearly enjoys his work.

I got this sewer valve fixed, along with adding sensors to the water tanks. It was $611 but unfortunately it all needed done. The day I got it back, my step was not going in to get into the house part of the RV. I was able to swing back by the next day and apparently the little step magnet fell off. Donnie was quick to not only fix that, but also looked at a leak on the outdoor shower, and replaced a knob that was broken. All of this that no charge since I was in there the day before, getting the other repairs done. He even hooked up a diagnostic machine to see if I have a DEF fluid sensor. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were going to have a safe road trip that day. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV Repair! Five stars!
