My mom recommended this place for their chais, as I was a barista and a welled versed chai connoisseur. We ordered three double espresso chai's. When they came out they were lukewarm. My mom asked this gal with blonde and pink hair if she could warm them up because we like our chai's hot. She had a bad attitude and said she could put them in the microwave?!? Honestly not a good experience and I would never go back. Their chai's are some of the worst I've tried.... Who knows...maybe their coffee is better but the blonde pink gal REALLY needs to work on her customer service

Such a cute little coffee bar located in downtown Rogers. The perfect place to sit and work, read a book, or just sit and chat with a good coffee and snack. They have SO many torani flavors available! A whole wall full of them. If you're looking to try a flavor before you buy, this is your place to go.

Iron Horse Coffee Company. I got an iced latte which didn't blow me away (5/10) but enjoyed it in a fantastic atmosphere. Iron Horse also had lots of non-coffee drink options including a variety of shelf and craft beers. The shop had three tiers of seating including a super cozy reading nook in the loft. It's a fantastic place to have a conversation. This shop has a prime location in downtown Rogers. I enjoyed a short stroll through the street with my coffee after the visit.

There was something just ever so slightly off about this drink. It was an iced vanilla latte, and while overall it was a good buy, there was just something I didn't love about it. It wouldn't be my go to next time, but I'd be more than happy to try this little shop again. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere calm. Cute local place in downtown Rogers. You feel like you are at the lake with the friendly atmosphere. They have a few select pastry items that the owner makes. They also offer packaged burritos, bagels and a variety of sandwiches. They have four different brewed coffee options. Seating is plentiful and the loft area is quiet with tons of books to browse. They also have board games. read more

Service was very disappointing. Called my name and Gave me the wrong sandwich which I was happy to eat anyway but tried to let them know because obviously this was someone else's and wanted them to get their order right and they looked at me like I was crazy. (Mind you, I had ordered sausage on my sandwich and the one they were insisting was mine had bacon and ham) Anyway I go back upstairs and someone comes by and says my name. I explain to her the situation and tell her I'm good to eat what I was given (had already taken a bite) - she rolls her eyes. I ask for the WiFi password and she tells me it is downstairs! Wow. No one ever apologized for the mistake and this lady gave me attitude. I had been planning to order a coffee and sandwich to go for my daughter when I left but instead I just left and will definitely think twice before going back. With all of this, I noticed an elderly couple had come upstairs and there was only a dirty table. I bussed the table since I was going down with my stuff anyway and didn't want the couple to have to traverse the stairs and knew the service was less than friendly. When I took the dirty dishes down and asked where to place them- that girl was very kind and friendly. She was the bright spot, I will say. I am all about second chances but these people had 3 strikes in one visit. So disappointing. It is only because the coffee and sandwich were good and the one friendly interaction that I gave this a 2 instead of 1. It could have been a wonderful experience and an opportunity to win a customer for life. read more

As someone who's had their share of standout sandwiches (yes, even Philly's Middle Child), I was genuinely impressed by Iron Horse Coffee. The quality was right there--fresh, balanced, and made like someone actually cares. What really caught me off guard was the ambience. It's in this old brick building that totally reminded me of the converted food spots you'd find in Philly. I wasn't expecting that vibe here, and they absolutely crushed it. Food minimal amount of meat in my sandwich, lots of fillers. Service, other minimal...customer behind me interfered with my transaction, I didn't ask for help. Service, online, I mentioned just the issue of my sandwich. Their response back to me was about how wonderful they were. read more

I like this place. I ordered a chai latte that was absolutely delicious. I also ordered a sandwich that was good but the real star of the show was this delicious chocolate muffin. I have never ever been so humiliated in my life. I've been denied service, until today. Today was a normal day. I stopped by to get some coffee and see some of my old students. There's nothing illegal about that. I was in the middle of a conversation and this blonde lady started yelling at me. "You need to leave. I'm calling the cops." And i did absolutely nothing wrong! And she wouldn't tell me what the issue was. I don't even have a speeding ticket under my belt. Perfect citizen. But she caused a huge scene. So I left and I will not ever ever be back to Iron Horse. And I don't recommend using the Iron Horse for any business either. Go catch up with your friends somewhere else! read more

Best coffee and food hangout in NWA. Got a great loft too. You'll find New Orleans saints items hidden throughout as well. If you need a book to read, there are plenty in the loft. Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner for sandwiches and soup. read more

Easily the best coffeehouse in town with real good coffee, baristas, and I love the wide range of roasts they offer. Definitely a coffee lover's place. The vibe is classic bricks and books Portland coffee shop and they have amazing breakfast and regular sandwiches with diverse options. I live downtown and come here all the time. They let you hang out and work on stuff and don't bug you and have fast wifi. The service is fast and friendly. read more

Had their drip coffee and a blueberry muffin. Very delicious. Coffee was smooth and tasted just like it was described. Not bitter. My husband liked his original house blend. The muffin was soft and real blueberries and lots of them. Lots of comfortable seating and tons of music. The owner must be a NOLA Saints fan with the various memorabilia. I would go back. If you're looking for sugar free latte options, there are plenty to choose from. Barista was friendly and gave us a rundown of the menu. Had a sugar feee almond milk caramel iced and a brew of the day. Similar atmosphere to Java Dudes. Liked it better than Onyx. read more

They have a gluten free bread option and are celiac friendly. When I got there Gabby asked if I was celiac and took it seriously. She asked if she wants me to assemble the sandwich myself if I'm that sensitive but I'm a week positive celiac so I had them assemble it. The sandwich was still so good! read more

I have been a lover of IHCC since my sophomore or junior year of high school, arpund '04-'05... The staff is always pleasant and willing to suggest new and different drink options and varieties! The sandwiches are always amazing. My personal favorite being the Mr. Zeus, add extra onions. The salty olive tapenade, and the bite from the crisp red onion pair so well! The decor and music are always enjoyable and funky. I highly recommend IHCC! The nostalgia is what brings me back, but the staff and menu is what will keep me an Iron Horse lover for life! read more

From the moment I walked through the door I fell in love. The aroma of the multicultural blends of roasted coffee beans ascends your pallet in a way that is undesirable. I first dove into the cheese cake, this was a rollercoaster ride of emotions. I felt happy, satisfied, and relived all at once. Then I was off to the chocolate muffin, a wise choice as I also ordered a hot coco with one shot of espresso. The muffin fully blended and accented the tase if the hot coco. Recently he was treated unfairly and dismissively simply because he didn't fully understand or use the "woke" language they seemed to expect. He was forced to quit by the company because he wouldn't call people partners instead of friends. Instead of showing patience, kindness, and respect--which should be the bare minimum in any service business--the staff singled him out, embarrassed him, and ultimately made him feel unwelcome. Watching someone with a disability be discriminated against in this way was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable. Coffee shops are supposed to be warm, inclusive spaces where people feel comfortable. What happened here was the opposite. Regardless of personal views or buzzwords, every person deserves dignity, especially someone who may struggle to navigate complicated social expectations. Until management takes accountability and trains their employees in genuine inclusivity, compassion, and disability awareness, I cannot recommend this place. There are many other cafés that manage to serve great coffee and treat all customers with basic humanity.

ANNOYING and CLICHE!!! A more original and authentic experience would be a shopping trip to Abercrombie & Fitch... I really don't care how many cups of coffee they offer, or how long the waitress Willow's dreadlocks are getting, and how 'original' the decorations arent... To me, besides the decorating looking exactly identical to all other hippy-hangouts, I really find the communist motif to be offensive and disturbing. Let it be known that this family also owns the pizza place next door, and the horrible bar around the corner... They have a long standing reputation for being rude and condescending. So I laughed my head off a few years back when I learned that they were changing their appearance and apparel to - - - I guess a earth loving, tree hugging, patchouli wearing, want-to-be's! This is a total fraud since the whole democratic and liberal philosophy is peace, love, and equality for everyone! How hypocritical since many have suffered and experienced great torment by these individuals... But then again, maybe this is the perfect new home for them since modern liberals have a reputation of being pretty ignorant and judgementel (of course they'd take great offense with that statement). So basically the place looks just like every other urban hangout where the potheads go to avoid find a job, the decorations are grossly inappropriate, and the staffs patchouli oil kills the natural coffee aroma. Well, I'm off to order a cup of coffee at McDonalds since I'm sure it will be a more unique and original idea than visiting this smaller version of Woodstock! read more

Iron Horse is a long time staple in Rogers. There's a cozy atmosphere, kind employees, and good coffee. The sandwiches are unbeatable and consistent and come with classic lays and sometimes a pickle. As a kid it was one of the first places I was allowed to be without my parents. I always felt safe there and now allow my daughter to do the same bc I know that the owner and employees will not allow chaos inside the establishment and will not stand for harassment or mistreatment of anyone. The personal side of a really great coffee place most important but iron horse makes their menu items with expertise so there's truly only everything to love. Make sure to try an Italian soda, there's a flavor for EVERYONE and they're best with cream, imo. read more

Been here a half dozen times, whenever I'm in Rogers with friends, and had a good time every time. It's a great place right off the main drag of old Historic Rogers with good ambiance. Love their sandwiches and I'm a fan of their house coffee. One cup (in a nice old fashioned restaurant cup) and a refill is all I need, so the one free refill policy doesn't bother me. We usually get there after the lunch crowd and have sat and talked for well over an hour with no one giving us the "eye" hoping we'd move along. Great little coffee house. My friend is handicapped and in a wheel chair so she has to enter through the back alley entrance, but in an older downtown, at least it is accessible, and that's a plus for us. read more

I have been patronizing IHCC since I was a student at Rogers High School in the late 90's. Since moving to Scottsdale, AZ I have longed for a coffee shop that offers the quality and service that Iron Horse does. We work at least one visit to IHCC into every visit back to Rogers, more if we're lucky. If you get a chance to stop by IHCC and see a smiling blonde lady named Hillary, tell her I sent you. She has been an integral part of IHCC for as long as I can remember. She and the rest of the team at Iron Horse are THE ABSOLUTE BEST! read more
