The pictures that I've seen of this place preach. I sell land in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. The rivers that we have experienced Remind Me! a lot of the Home that we all long for. I pray one day I get an opportunity to actually visit this place! It looks amazing. Attached are some pictures--I've included one of the river on the ranch at Waldo's Camp. A friend sent it to me. I've also included fun pictures--even one from my Landsale in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. The rivers there are absolutely incredible. I've heard the rivers in Texas are great! Just kidding. I know they are-- because I'm from Texas! I'm biased. Keep checking out my photos and you'll see ;) That's why I'm coming to Columbus one day and spending some time at the Camp! I hope they are ready for me! And when I say they, I mean the owner and any of his employees. I've seen him around town--on a billboard or two. That tells me something. It tells me many things actually, but one of them is that this is, straight up, a legit business. And when you see it, make sure to send a message to God, "thank you for your creation" and also to the owner, JP. Tell him "Jenn says 'hi'!" Yall are the best!

Small, quiet, clean and unassuming with decent hookups, good size (gravel) spaces and beautiful oak trees. Very close (maybe 6 miles) to Columbus where there are restaurants and a Walmart. And LaGrange is only about 25 miles north. Can't beat the price for a restful stay near the I-10. There is a little traffic noise and occasionally the train will blow its horn while passing through, but overall it's not bad.

I was very fortunate to have a couple of nights just before they officially opened for the Spring antique fair so had it all to myself. Easy 10min walk to Round Top centre (along a main road which I wouldn't like to do at night). Owners were very responsive and courteous. Only opens for specific events such as the antique fairs in Spring and Autumn. Adult only park, nobody under 18.

There are no amenities and nothing in the park. Not much for shade at all. Electric is 150$ give or take in the winter. So most likely much higher in the summer. Owner is kind, responsive. Even two giant Koi if you're lucky enough to see them took me week to finally see them the first time! There's a park for my dogs and a park for my daughter. Also, there seems to be fewer long- termers, I guess because of the oil down-turn. This place remains what it is, a nice but inexpensive place to stop by for a few days, and I have rated it as such. You get what you pay for. There was a bonus though, a turkey was roaming around making all sorts of turkey noises. Cool.
