The dog park was awesome since we brought four dogs between all of us. We enjoyed having game night and dinners in the event Center, unfortunately I personally, never made it to the adult only pool, but my fellow campers said it was nice. Although the temperatures were in the high 90s, the lazy river made it exceptionally beneficial. We all decided it's someplace that we will definitely return to. Small, quiet, clean and unassuming with decent hookups, good size (gravel) spaces and beautiful oak trees. Very close (maybe 6 miles) to Columbus where there are restaurants and a Walmart. When we stayed (late Jan. of 2023), it was raining and because some of the sites can be on grass (like ours) you can sink in. We thought we would be fine, but when we got up in the morning to leave our tires could not gain traction. Luckily, we carry boards, and we were able to use them to get the coach moving and get out of the park. Our rig does weigh in at 44K Lbs. as we have a 45' Diesel pusher. Park is great for 5th wheels and travels trailers, but maybe not for big rigs. We will most likely not stay here again.

The Ranch provides multiple ammenities: Fishing Pond, Shower rooms, Mail Recieving, Entertainment Center. They also provide other things at an additional cost: Laundry, Storage, Hosting Events. I'd say the only downside is there's no real order there. There's, apparently, something always wrong with their books, and the staff doesn't provide a method for tenants to know what all the ranch provides. The entertainment room looks to be used more for personal use of the ranch rather then open for all tenants. Although it's "Free to use" theres code locks and it doesnt really scream "come on in" Despite some very fixable flaws, OVERALL I'd still highly recommend you pull on through and experience the Ranch!! It was clean AC worked very well Hot water was amazing Walk in shower (Water had sulphur smell to it.) Across the street from a really nice park that the kids loved. Good for waking and hanging out. My only complaint is the kitchen: One nasty cookie sheet That's it Warped Stained grease covered Pretty gross No other pots or pans or cooking utensils. There were a lot of plates to eat off if. Coffee machine Glasses Sparse silverware stored in Dickey's cups Felt like a college dorm room or bachelor pad. Yes I have been spoiled by Airbnb that provide more things to cook and heat up food so maybe it's just me. Not many hotel/motel room have kitchens so maybe I expected too much. The fridge and oven did work, but I'd throw in some pots and pans for those that want to cook. Fold down couches came in handy in living room. Some of the light switches didn't work unless you forced them up or down..I dunno Top socket in bedroom didn't work but bottom socket did. Overall we enjoyed it
