I had to purchase their only jewelry offereing, which was expensive - $45 - and I was fine to pay for high quality materials. When wanting to purchase, I was told to wait so the piercer could replace it. The piercer spoke only of who did it, why the metal was junk and why it was that length. I took his recommendation for replacement. He it was brusque and slightly disgusted. Upon checkout, I was charged a piercing fee as well as jewelry. Over 100 bucks when I just needed a replacement ball. Fast forward a few months - the expensive piece fell out and I wanted to replace it with the same high quality materials. I went against my instincts and went back to support local business and artists. I was "informed" that they would have to order it as they do not recommend that piercing at all. I was told of the dangers of migration and tearing - and again heard an opinion about another studio and how bad an idea that piercing is. I had an amazing time with Deejay which is why I don't want to make the rating too low. Unfortunately the most recent flash I got the experience was not great, it was with ARIANNA. On February Friday the 13th, me my partner and sister came in for flashes. We had a great time with her and bought her $20 first bag with tattoo supplies and also it came with a free flash tattoo!! We were so excited. When I messaged her to schedule we had a bit of an understanding where she wasn't acknowledging the fact that we bought the bags. She needed her memory very refreshed but if you're a business person wouldn't you have that written down or something? But after I tried to refresh her memory she stoped responding to me and my sister! We had to literally come to the shop to get her to finish my sisters tattoo and schedule the flash tattoo. When the day of the tattoo came up, she did it respond and actually blocked me on instagram. This was VERY unprofessional very. To this day I'm still blocked and me, my partner and my sister never got our free tattoo and her vibe was just not good. Overall the shop is okay but I would just be weary of WHO you're going with.
