I went in for a tattoo for the Flood Recovery fundraiser. It was my first time in the shop. I was greeted right away, and there was a really friendly vibe in the shop! I selected a "Texas Strong" tattoo on my forearm. In no time at all, I was seated and being worked on. Super clean shop & great care was taken with my prep! I love the way it turned out, and I'll be back to have an old tattoo on my back repaired soon!

This is my absolute favorite place to go. I've done 6 in the last 3 years and I don't think I'd go anywhere else! Both these guys are amazing and worth the drive! Just a real chill environment and so much fun to sit and hang with.

Great place! I'm one of those weirdos that loves getting tattoos, but gets super intimated to go in and ask about them. I get really nervous even the day of. Lol But i always feel super comfortable with the two guys here. I met Danny at his previous shop, before he opened this one. So I was so excited to see they were coming to little old Hutto. This past weekend we had a girls days and all three of us got incredible work done. Yes. Tattoos are addicting. I'm OK with it. Go by and check this place out. Danny also fixed one I had done at the competitor down the road. Do yourself a favor and just go here first. Kendall and Danny are very welcoming and so great work. Pricing is fair. Location is amazing. Not sure I could come up with something negative to say if I had to.

She has taken care of all my make up needs for my wedding (with 8 bridesmaids), any company parties, baby announcement, maternity shoot, and basically anytime I wanna be glammed for a photo shoot or event SHE IS THERE FOR ME. She always makes me feel so comfortable with whatever look she gives me. She knows my face better than I know my face. So much that I booked her for makeup classes for the ladies in my office and their daughters. The pictures attached to this review is literally only a snippet of what Denise has done for me. She makes me feel so beautiful and because I'm so makeup illiterate, I appreciate when she explains what she's doing when I ask. Basically, you won't regret booking Denise.

I saw this place on Groupon and thought the price was too good to be true - seems I was right…read more Joi (the artist) was very nice, but the overall experience was not professional. I did a LOT of research on microblading before booking my appointment with her, and I was so excited for the week leading up to my appointment. When I got to the salon, I filled out some paperwork and read through all of the papers, and noticed some were word-for-word copied off the pages I had read online whilst researching the procedure. She then began hand drawing an outline of my brows with a pencil. This is where I started getting concerned, because the videos I'd watched all showed lots of tools and rulers being used to make sure your eyebrows were even and suited your face properly. She was merely "eyeballing" them, but I figured she must know what she's doing, as she had quite a few reviews on her booking website. She even mentioned that she prefers her clients draw the shape they want. I feel like a microblading artist should be the one to do that: measure where your brows should start and end, where they should curve, etc, because they should know what suits your face best. She then told me to lie on the table, and asked me about my pain tolerance level. I told her I wasn't sure, I'd never really had any procedures done before. She informed me that she does not use any anesthetic during the procedure. Okay... according to her website, she applies two different types of anesthetic before and throughout the procedure, to ensure the client is as comfortable as possible. I wasn't feeling comfortable at all at this point. She also informed me that most of her clients say the pain is "an 8 or 10" on a scale of 10. If you've done any research on microblading, most people say it's a 3 at most. I'm not sure what technique she is using, but I don't think it's correct. I informed her I was not comfortable and left. Overall, she just seemed very unsure of her capabilities from the way she spoke. It almost felt like she was trying to get rid of me. Granted, I am very picky about my brows, but this is not the experience I expected for a semi-permanent procedure on my face.
