Auntie Cathy informed us her insurance was not up to date. We were Very Disapointed to hear this. Pet owners beware to ask for proof of insurance and know that supervision may not be as what one would expect under her care. Hoping maybe a lesson was learned here.

She would leave our dogs alone for several hours while she went home to oversee her bathroom remodel. On at least one occasion that we knew of she was 40 minutes late giving our dog her serzure medicine and their lunch. She also accepted another petsitting job without asking us first, which lead to even more time away from our dogs, which were her first priority. Our dogs were alone so much of the day that one of the dog's started having accidents in the house and then eating her feces, which in turn made her sick. She didn't scoop the yard or sweep up the dog hair off the tile floors as agreed, nor did she keep the humidifier filled which could have caused a fire. When I brought it to her attention that I could see on the cameras that she wasn't at the house and wanted to know where she was, she got upset and said she should have been told we had security cameras - these cameras are outside only, none were inside the house so her privacy was never an issue. Had it not been for these cameras we never would have known what was going on. She never once apologized for her mistakes or anything. We terminated her services early and my son took over. She was EXTREMELY rude to my son when she came to get her things. I wouldn't trust this person to look after a plastic plant.

As others have mentioned, she takes detailed notes about each pet so she and her team can insure the best care. When we started with Four Footed Fitness, we had 3 senior cats and scheduled two 30 minute visits each day. We've stayed with this schedule, even though we now have younger cats. The team is great! They open shades when they come in the morning and take care of feeding, freshening water, and play time. In the evening, they clean the litter box, take care of feeding, and play with the cats. They also bring in the mail, close the shades, take out trash, and check the fountain outside - adding water, if needed. We get photos and a message from both the morning and evening visits each day. The team also checks in to make sure we arrived home at the scheduled time. It's nice to know that they have our cats covered if we're delayed for any reason! We highly recommend Glenda and her team.

She had gone into labor we had no idea one of the puppies was stuck SHE was trying but having them breach but one was stuck .
