We even had a Meet and Greet prior to boarding and Paula immediately made me feel at ease that my pets would be well cared for. We had a wonderful experience with Candy as our live in pet sitter. This was our first time using a pet sitting service for our 2 high energy Aussie puppies and cat. Candy did an amazing job following all instructions (and there were a lot), was very easy to get ahold of and provided great, detailed updates with pictures and videos. I felt so comfortable knowing my fur babies were at home, being taken care of rather than at a crowded boarding facility. Paula sent 2 sitters to the meet and greet, in case something comes up, you will have another sitter that your dogs know that can come to cover. Candy took great care of the house as well and we came back exactly as we left it. I can't recommend love your pets too or Candy enough, she will definitely be our go to when we are out of town. Paula and Richard are awsome pet sitters. They've been talking care of my three dogs since Friday morning while I was getting the inside of my house painted. They' kept me posted on how my dogs were doing and even sent numerous videos of them interacting with other dogs and resting. I can tell on all the videos that my dogs were happy with their care. I am truly pleased and appreciative how well Paula and Richard took such care of my three dogs. They are very professional and nice I would definitely use them again. We recently used Love Your Pets Too to come in for visits while we went out of town for the weekend. We were very happy with the service. They came out and met with us and our 2 dogs before we left and took detailed notes and instructions. They send out a video with photos of your pets after each visit. It's always hard to leave our dogs, so seeing the videos and knowing you have someone reliable to come in, feed them, let them out, and shower them with attention is very reassuring. I have two kittens with a medical condition. I had to travel for work and was trying to decide if I would board them or hire someone to come over and care for them in their own environment. I did not want them stressed by a strange environment. My vet recommended LYPT. Paula came to the house to meet the kitties and discuss their care a couple of days before I had to leave for my trip. She texted me few pics of them every day and a comment on how they were doing. It made my mornings knowing they were well and tended to. I got home and they were alive and well. I needed a new pet sitter for my cats so I contacted this service. Since my trip was at the beginning of the COV-19 crisis, I didn't get a chance to meet the owners or the sitter personally. The owners were very concerned for the safety of their sitter and arranging the care of my cats. I talked to each of the owners prior to my trip and they both were very personable and professional. The sitter announced themselves in front of the outside security camera and provided daily videos and status of their visit. I have a security system in the house as well that verified the daily visit so they are dependable and will visit based on the agreed upon schedule. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone that likes their pet! I recently had this organization pet sit my indoor only cats while away. During my vacation, I was notified that one of my cats was 'potentially' missing. How you lose an indoor only cat in a small condo and not notice and notify the owner for three days is beyond me. When I contacted the organization immediately once told about my cat their response was inappropriate and did nothing to help address the situation. I was effectively told, "What would you like us to do?. We can look next time we are there". This organization did not offer to contact any vets or shelters to see if the animal had been turned in or put up flyers. The cat was microchipped and wearing a collar. At the time this review was written the animal is still sadly missing. I would NEVER recommend this service to anyone. read more

We have a cat (Fred) who needs insulin shots every 12 hours. Our cat will hide from other people so boarding was not a great option, but the only one we thought we had. We checked boarding facilities and no one in the area would give shots to a cat. Dog yes. Cat, no. We have used Love Your Pets Too in the past, so we called thinking maybe... To our great surprise and delight, they had a team member, Porsha, who is very experienced in giving insulin to cats! She is pet CPR certified which was important since Fred also has kidney disease and is almost 17 years old. We felt confident leaving him in Porsha's great care. She has taken care of him twice now and has given us the option to travel again! We love the videos and service report for each visit. It gives us such confidence that Fred is well cared for and has love while we're gone. Kudos to Porsha and the team at Love Your Pets Too. read more
