He directed me to send me a detailed email to their general email address, he also provided me with the General Managers name, Kendre. After several conversations with both Sam and Kendre, my issue was resolved. The original lost gift card was credited, and a new gift card was issued and received by my friend. It's not often enough that individuals perform their job to the level of expectation, somehow we've learned to accept mediocrity as the norm. After trying a few things I decided on bottle of maple finish and one of the uncut unfiltered. Pretty good stuff! Along witht the bottles I had to pick up a Watershed glencairn for $12 too... I wish I'd had more time to spend and could look around the facility a little more there at the distillery! Watershed was a lot better ambiance and company than Giant Eagle and Kroger where I was limited to in the rest of my OH bourbon hunting... Lol
