These guys do a great job! I have had flyers printed, signs and bumper stickers as well as a large banner made here. Love Ironhorse!

    Next Day Signs & Printing

Next Day Signs & Printing removed our retail signs in a quick, professional manner. Through Yelp,…read moreI submitted a quote request and decided that Next Day Signs & Printing provided the best quote for our needs. They arrived within the time window and was finished with the work within 2 hours. I'm very happy with the results.

Boy! I hate to leave a bad review but I consider this a public service announcement. Ken tanked an…read moreimportant print job, stuck me with an inferior product that hurt my standing with the client and left me high and dry. 1. I reached out more than a month before the job because I knew I'd need some rush printing day-of. In exchange for helping me out with that rush job, I'd send this printer ALL my business for my scottsdale client. 2. I sent Ken all my Scottsdale business - several thousand dollars worth. I printed gigantic standalone banners and die-cut, adhesive back vinyl stuff, A TON of printed material. And did Ken ever charge a premium for that stuff, a big markup for "rush" orders (where he didn't even download the file for printing until days later.) His prices weren't especially competitive, but I thought I was buying peace-of-mind. 3. The day comes when I need the rush order - effectively same-day printing. Not a gigantic order - two hundred 11x17 prints, but I needed them on time - and Ken got real unprofessional. Here's what happened... - Though I frequently reminded him that we'd be doing an important same-day job, he neglected to schedule it. It was a big surprise! - He said he couldn't do the print job that day because I didn't have the originals to him by 9am. - He would not verbally commit to doing the work at any time during that long stressful day. - He said he couldn't make my deadline because his wife "had dinner reservations. " - He refused to located the paper-stock I requested and instead tried to foist me onto a paper that wouldn't have taken a fold. He told me the stock I wanted "was not available in Scottsdale." I had to go to a Staples, buy the stock myself and deliver it to him by hand. - Instead of meeting him at his nearby place of business, he asked me to drive an hour to meet him outside a Bank Of America, because "he had to go to the bank." - He charged a 100% markup for his rush fee. That's 2x the cost. (And remember - I bought the paper and gave it to him.) - Instead of professionally printing the 11x17's at the correct size (borderless), he just hit print on some kind of color copier and printed them out - with a thick white border. They looked terrible. So - if you need a professional job done at a competitive rate - this is probably not the print shop for you. REPLY TO KEN'S RESPONSE Woof. Ken, I'm not here to fight. And you don't probably don't really want a big long tirade where you call your customers liars. I have uploaded a couple of pics that show the botched job and the text conversation that followed. Here's what I DO want... 1. I want a stress-free interaction with a print shop. 2. I want a company called "Next Day" to offer rapid turn-around printing. 3. If I give you a month's notice on a same-day print job, I want you to honor our agreement. OR, if you can't do a same day job, I want you to tell me so I can go to another print shop in the area. 4. If I spend several thousand dollars with you, I want you to treat me like a valued customer. 5. If you screw up a print job and the client's not happy, I want you to fix it. So, is that you, Ken? You may have to stay an hour late -- maybe even two hours -- but I gave you a month's notice. And spent a ton of money with you. And you screwed the job and called me a liar.

She was super friendly and we would want her to be our guide next time too! Board and Brush is located in the historic Whiskey Row Alley and is surprisingly bigger than it looks. Tables seat several people at a time and are perfect for groups. We were a group of four (celebrating a birthday!) and due to the projects we pre-selected (completed during online booking process), we were seated at two tables. Aprons and all project materials were neatly placed on the tables when we arrived and after signing in, we were up and creating! The entire experience was very engaging and super fun. Projects are selected and paid for during the online reservation process. It's very easy to get caught up in looking through all the various projects available and most cost the same either way the exception of a few that require an additional fee. My patriotic tray was an additional $5 due to the required hardware, but once you see the quality of the wood, it all makes sense. Nothing is made from particle board or cheap lumber. This is a great place for a girls day/night out and for bookings made after 4PM, wine is also allowed! I truly enjoyed creating my project and hope to return in the near future.

Not sure why I paid extra for just a box with very little paint on it comparative to other larger and more elaborate projects for a lower price.

I spoke with a contractor friend and he referred me to Mark at AZ Backyard Custom. I went to Mark's place. found him to be a super nice guy. He is very creative, super talented and thinks outside the box. That's a great combination in this business! I went from shopping pre-fab fire pits to customizing a fire table to fit my exact specifications! I worked with Mark on the size of the table, the exterior finishes, gas line location and an assortment of decorative extras. He even drove to Sedona to install it! I have attached photos for you. It is easy to clean and maintain. My wife and I have received tons of accolades about the table. We have referred Mark out often. So much so that now, I need a prefab barbeque island. I shopped. And I shopped. And once again, ended up with Mark for a custom designed and built barbeque island - for far less than the pre-fab islands I was looking at. It has been designed to my exact specifications - with a ton of input from Mark. It is going to be a showpiece! In short - if you are in the market for a custom built backyard centerpiece item for a price that is generally equal to or less than the prefab items - contact Mark. You will be glad you did.
