Then it took lots of nagging and broken promises to get one of the big pieces back. Even with that, one piece is still missing. Door frames (including a newly built garage frame) were left damaged. Hardwood floors got scratched because furniture was dragged, not lifted. Furniture was not put back the way it was found -- cushions were left on the floor and part of the couch (that wasn't part of the furniture being delivered) was turned upright. My floors were left dirty and they walked on white carpet with shoes on. One of the things they were hired to move was just left sideways on the ground. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected. Their prices are on par with many other services but wildly unprofessional. Based on my personal experience, I would never use this company again, and I would recommend others think carefully before booking.
