They charge by how full the truck gets plus recycling fees for certain items such as mattresses and TV's. $29 for a mattress and up to $89 depending on the size the TV. $89 for my old junker. No complaints on the pricing from me. So happy to be rid of that antiquated, useless piece of garbage. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I reached out to Junk360 via their website request for estimate and got a prompt response. A couple emails later a pickup date and time was set. On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. I presume it was a light load for them but they had everything out in just a few minutes. Less than half an hour from parking the truck to closing it up. I'm glad I used Junk360.

We hired College HUNKS for a labor-only move and trusted them to professionally load our…read morebelongings. That trust was clearly misplaced. Before loading began, the crew was provided with more than 20 moving straps and over 30 moving blankets. They were also given clear instructions not to load our carbon fiber bicycles into the truck because those bikes were intended to be transported separately in a trailer. The crew ignored those instructions. When we arrived at our destination and opened the truck, it looked like a disaster scene. One bicycle handlebar had been driven into a television box, puncturing it. One bike's carbon fiber frame was cracked across the top tube. Another had all the protective coating on the front fork scrapped down to bare metal. Our dining room table arrived with a massive gouge in the edge. Bed head and foot boards are rubbed and scratched so they all need to be refinished. Multiple items showed signs of being poorly secured and improperly loaded. Nothing was protected by the 30 moving blankets or 20 ratchet straps!! What makes the situation even more frustrating is that there was no shortage of proper equipment. We purchased and provided 20 ratchet straps and 30 moving blankets specifically to protect our belongings. Several times throughout the move I reminded them of the straps and the moving blankets. One employee said to me "we haven't had to use the straps yet," but they were still in boxes. I was sure they would use straps on the furniture! Yet the crew chose not to use appropriate securing methods. Instead of using one of the many supplied ratchet straps, they secured a bed frame headboard to the side of the truck using an elastic lacrosse rebound training tool. After documenting the damage with photos and video, we contacted the company expecting them to stand behind the work performed by their employees. Instead, management acknowledged that blankets and straps had been available but denied responsibility, citing the fact that the service was classified as "labor only" and referencing a liability waiver. Apparently, according to College HUNKS, "labor only" means their employees can ignore explicit instructions, disregard readily available moving equipment, use improvised tie-down methods, damage customer property, and then the company assumes no responsibility for the outcome. We hired professionals because we expected professional loading practices. What we received was damaged property, a cracked bicycle frame, ruined furniture, and a company more interested in finding contractual excuses than taking accountability for the actions of its crew. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company think very carefully before trusting them with valuable possessions.

The home was an estate sale so it was items their parent had had inside that they hadn't removed in the five months since the house was listed. It was decent stuff, hutch, daybed, sewing cabinet, tools and various other items. But nothing I wanted and in the way where I was potentially going to put unloaded items. My realtor contacted the listing agent around 10:00 a.m. who reached out to 1-800-Got-Junk who said they would be there between noon and 2:00. Wonderful, I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround but grateful for it! Tariq and Jay arrived about 1:15. Got off the truck, introduced themselves and asked "who's paying?" I replied "not me! The listing agent...who I was told was to be here" Them "that makes sense, we said we were on our way and they replied they were 20 minutes away...and...you're here" We told them everything in the garage was to go, locked the house and left for lunch. I went on line booked an appointment of which their were many to choose from and got three follow up calls to confirm the service, let me know arrival time and a call from the driver when they were near. For a great price with my coupon our huge piles of shrub debris got removed in about 45 minutes, clean up done by a most polite and friendly crew of two. Thanks once again for a great experience!!

The reason I'm giving them two stars is because my stuff mostly ended up in my new place minus one…read moreitem that was broken during the move. There were a few things that were not great about this move and collectively makes me not recommend them. 1) They were an hour late and didn't call. I had to call them to see if they were still coming. 2) They brought to small of a truck and seem to think that I had too much stuff for a one bedroom. We had to take two trips and they try to charge me for the exccess time on the highway plus their members breaks. When I brought it up the mover said "oh yeah I forgot." I heard this quite a lot later. 3) I was quoted 3 to 5 hours in email for my job. They tried to charge me for 9, including the above. When I brought up that I was quoted 3-5 hours they told me they would have never quoted me that even though it was provided to me in writing. I told them how much furniture and clothing I had when I called to quote so it shouldn't have been a surprise for this or the truck size. 4) My bathroom cabinet was broken in the move. I didn't love it so I wasn't sad about it. The mover said that I would get reimbursed for this. He, again, forgot when I initially got the total at the end of the move and I had to remind them a couple times to ensure I got reimbursed. I did eventually get reimbursed for it. 5) I asked the movers, as I was leaving my apartment, to meet them at the house if they wanted me to stay until they had packed everything up. They said no, that I could go ahead and they would meet me down at my house. When I came back to the apartment later that night they actually left a headboard and footboard in the hallway that didn't make it on the truck. Again he said he "forgot" the item in the hallway. When I called the next day they did send the same movers out to pick it up and were going to coordinate with me to drop it off later that day. No one ever called and I had to call them the coordinate for delivery the following day. If this place could get it together it could be decent but for now I wouldn't recommend them.
