Hats off to Jeff Hendrix, the project manager who stepped into the job midway through and didn't drop a single ball. Great value.

First and perhaps the most impressive is their communication. I get updates about here's what we're gonna do, this is why were doing and when it will happen. If I have any concerns, I can send them an email and that message gets transferred to the crew on my property to address. From my perspective, they seem meticulous in their attention to detail. For example, when weeding they get the obvious stuff and the weeds in various nooks and crannies. They are also very through on cleanup. When trimming, each shrub is evaluated to make sure it's trimmed with care. Price is not cheap so this level of service costs more than a boilerplate approach. I'm a very happy customer.

Of course, that was a false promise. Clearly seems that the Left hand does not know what the Right hand is doing. Planting dates were delay, delay, and delay. Finally Will and team appeared only to experience more delay as Jeff loaded and delivered arbor vitae. Patience is a virtue and especially in working with Siebenthaler. All in all, a Great job, and new arbor vitae are beautiful. I have a water supply already set to water for the summer months. As long as one has patience, I recommend Siebenthaler.

Now we live a bit far away, but in an online search for a place with a good selection of healthy house plants, Knollwood came up repeatedly. So we drove down & were amazed by the terrific selection of not only house plants, but also pots, gifts & beautiful Christmas decor! The place is huge and it's FULL! And the products they're making for Christmas are stunning. Even my somewhat curmudgeonly husband was impressed. And their prices, especially for house plants & pots, are way lower than other competitors, even the big box places. The plants are healthier, too. And the best thing was the help we received. I was seeking advice for plants I might not accidentally kill, and the lovely young woman who helped me (I think her name was Kirsten or Kristen??) was so knowledgeable. She asked some good questions, then gave me advice on what to choose, and then while I was shopping she thoughtfully placed two gifts I had already chosen into pretty organza gift bags! An employee came out very quickly to see the property and come up with some sketches to show them. They were very excited about the ideas he had and were pleasantly surprised when the price was below what they had been anticipating. They came out a few days ago to complete the work and they did a fantastic job! The front of their house looks so much better than it did before and they are both so incredibly happy. Personally I have shopped at Tom's for natural looking border rocks and have been very satisfied with the quality and price of what I purchased. If I ever need any landscaping work done I wouldn't hesitate to call Tom's.

Unfortunately, I just ordered a cord of firewood from Tom's and it is too green to burn. They did…read morenot mention this when I called to order. Another company I called was nice enough to tell me theirs was not seasoned yet. So, this will do me no good this winter and I will now have to find more elsewhere. I've ordered firewood from Tom's multiple times in the past and it was seasoned. I will say the person I spoke to was friendly and the delivery and service was same day. That part was great. I'm just stuck with a cord of wood I can't use until next season.
