A grown man called us "lazy" for sitting down, and made us go to the art room. He was very rude and pushy. The staff take certain activities too seriously, screaming or even pushing children if they mess up. And be mind there are 5 year olds at this camp. I personally saw one councilor who made a kid cry because they sat in the wrong section. The "boss lady" would yell at kids for expressing their feelings One of the councilors would be very rude and passive aggressive shaming us if we didn't participate. The wait time for activities are also EXTREMELY long. We had to wait almost 2 hours until the next thing. And most of the time the councilors would make everyone sit on the ground. My friend and I went there for one week and I have bruises from having the sit on the HARD ASS GROUND. And lastly the boss was so rude to the councilors, one had to fake talk to kids to make sure the boss wouldn't see her sitting. Do not recommend for any age. Especially teenagers or smaller kids. Horrible environment and staff.

From the very beginning, the staff at Prime Time made that transition so much easier for me. They showed such genuine kindness and patience with both me and my baby. As a new mom, I had a lot of worries--especially when she was having trouble eating at first. Instead of brushing off my concerns, they were incredibly attentive and reassuring. They kept a close eye on her, communicated with me throughout the day, and worked with me to make sure she was comfortable and getting what she needed. Their level of care and understanding meant the world to me during a time when I was already feeling emotional about being away from her. Knowing that she was with people who were nurturing, patient, and truly cared about her well-being gave me so much peace of mind while I was at work. They created a warm, supportive environment not just for the babies, but for the parents too. I'm so grateful for the love and attention they gave my daughter during such an important stage of her life. So funny tale here... normally on my friend trips up to New Paltz we stop at this one farm and feed…read morethe horses carrots. We go up this time... no horses, new fence, one barn is missing and all I see are sheep. What the frig Ricky?! So I search for other farms and find Lucky C Stables. We randomly drive to this place and just ask out the window if we could feed some horses... to our surprise we were met with smiling faces and even given a tour of the barns!! It was so enjoyable and we met, pet and fed so many cool horse buddies, that I would love to come back and book a trail ride or lesson next time I am around. Such friendly people and they made our day!

I remember receiving a call from one of the directors two days after Camp started. I thought: my son is homesick and they are calling to go and pick him! I went there with my and my family we were on the way with snow tubing. It was the best in the water parking lot It was really nice and the hot tub it was for relaxing the very cozy. The room service was amazing. They took care of the bed really well and I just want to say if you're choosing through great Wolf Lodge or any other Ranch cause it's very nice and he has a horseback I didn't get to go, but it's OK and there is lots and lots to do I just hope that the will open soon as soon next time as I come back maybe the boats will open, but I just wanna say thank you for opening this resort throughout all these years and your cat is very nice. We came on the coldest weekend of the year but my kids had a blast skiing, snow tubing, horseback riding, pony rides, arcade, game room, playing laser tag, swimming in the pool, the outdoor hot tub, and the nightly shows. Food is included in the price and it is buffet style for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is not but you are more than welcome to order more and take things to go. There's snacks available between lunch and dinner but there's also hot chocolate/coffee available all day long with some pastries. The only downside were the rooms. They are connected so if you have loud neighbors, you won't be getting good sleep. Overall, my kids loved the place and want to go back soon. I guess we'll have to wait for another Black Friday deal.
