We…read morehad never used the system before so we called Anthony and not only was he very responsive, he came out and preformed the back flow test, inspected our system and set us up for the season to come. It was a quick and professional visit. We did have a few small issues that needed to be fixed. Anthony was very upfront with the issues he found and the cost to repair them. I recently had to call him out again as one of our sprinkler heads got broke. He was able to come out the same day, inspect and fix the head and get us back up and running. Very highly recommended!

When the lawn greened up a few weeks after the application, it was apparent that spots were missed (see photos). I asked for the technician to return so that the missed spots could be treated. When he returned, he did not agree that he missed any spots. When I asked him to apply chemical to those areas he said: "f**k you", stormed off to his truck and drove off with the speed and recklessness that he used to do the job. Tech was great. My issue is that I received an invoice for some extra work that was done during the start-up visit. Had two heads replaced, the "rubber kit" (some gaskets, O-rings) replaced, and two stopcocks replaced. $80 for the labor, which I knew going in, so no problem. When I got the invoice, they charged me three to five times more for the parts than I could get them for on Amazon ($105 for a rubber kit?!!). I guess that's on me for not clarifying everything up front. I think I'll be looking for another company, next spring.
