After about over a year seeing my lawn that has alot of weeds in it and most likely will have to be all replaced by the time the weeds are killed and hopefully can put new seeds in or have to put new sod in in at least half of the front yard which is a good size. And there's just not weeds in the grass but in my planters I should post pictures so you can see for yourselves. I'm very upset with the company because I've let them know many times and getting a late response back every time and to end up like this. I had to hire a new company to come in and try to fix with this company did not take care of. I let him know that it's not just a matter of cutting and edging grass but it's maintaining the grass. While they were here the son (who was leading our job) was rude, dismissive, and left trash all over our lawn and planter beds when he was done. When we made a complaint about the son his parents were equally dismissive and didn't "believe" us. The bender border has long screws sticking out with no caps of any kind leaving them completely exposed and incredibly dangerous. It's been a few years now and I kept avoiding making this review because even though I was upset I don't want to hurt a small business. However some of the landscaping they did (and others we've tried adding) all die almost immediately. Only today while pulling weeds my husband discovered that they never removed the stumps we paid to have removed they simply cut them low and buried them, the reason nothing is surviving in that part of our yard is because they can't root because there are already roots from the stump blocking other plants from taking root. I feel robbed because the job I paid thousands of dollars for was done poorly, and we've dealt with it ever since.

I couldn't figure out why our underground lawn drip system stopped working in one part of our back…read moreyard, so I called Sprinkler Tech. In addition to the back yard problem, I had a number of smaller repairs needed in our traditional front-yard system. After taking a look, the guy who came out concluded that the 7 year-old system was at the end of its useful life, hopelessly plugged up by grass roots and that the only option was to replace the entire system and re-sod the entire back yard, a job which his boss would send me an estimate for. After that, I couldn't even get him to take a look at the repairs I needed in the front yard as he quickly left. After hand watering it for several months, I decided to take a closer look and realized that there was a puddle developing upstream of the problem area whenever the system came on. I spent about 30 minutes digging up that section where I found a hole in the line that caused a loss of pressure in the remainder of that line. I repaired the hole myself in less than an hour at a cost of $1.47 for a repair coupler at Home Depot. The system now works great again, and I was also able to make my own repairs to the front yard system that he wasn't interested in even looking at. I can't comment on how good their work is, but I'm not at all impressed with their ability to troubleshoot a problem or follow-through.

I definitely recommend The Sprinkler Tech and will call them again in the future should we have any other sprinkler issues.
