Flawless Gardens provides just that, Flawlessness. Started contacting landscapers for my xeriscaping project in early June. Adrian of Flawless Gardens was one of the first to respond and we promptly set up an in-person meeting with him to go over ideas for our project. I didn't exactly have too much expertise in the drought-tolerant plant space and made that well-known to Adrian. I only had pictures of what I thought would look good. No problem! Adrian said he would sketch up a design based on what I was thinking, send it over and go over what types of plants he would be using. I received the design a day or two later and it had all the elements we discussed in our initial in-person meetup and more. He promptly gave me an estimate and we kept in contact over the next couple of weeks (I had to go through administrative back-and-forth discussions with our local water agency to get approval for a lawn replacement program). After approval of our project from the city, Adrian moved fast on setting up a date for the project and getting all the materials lined up. Again, very communicative back and forth. We talked through email about how the week was going to look like and what was going to be happening each day during the three days he would take on the project. As the project started, his crew showed up promptly at the agreed upon time and started work immediately. The work was done over the summer, which is painfully hot in the Santa Clarita heat. Throughout the process, there was no deviation from the scheduled plan and his crew even stayed a little later on the second day to make sure the irrigation was done properly before the last day of the project. DEDICATION! Suffice it to say, the project turned out beautifully. We loved the end product and our neighbors have expressed interest in his work too. Our sprinkler system stopped working, so we tried a few different companies, but just kept getting quotes for replacing our whole system for thousands of dollars. It was previously working fine, so we didn't think the entire system needed changed. After reading all the positive Yelp reviews, specifically about sprinkler system repair, we decided to give Adrian at Flawless Gardens a call. He was very responsive and made an appointment for a couple days later (which needed postponed due to all the rain, but was quickly rescheduled). He came out to diagnose the issue and quickly found a leak in one of the pipes so he made an appointment to come back 2 days later to begin repair. He also found a couple more issues with electrical and leaky pipes, which he also repaired. He did not stop until he found every problem and made sure we had a fully functioning system (back and front yards) before he left. I had a different landscaper that would come by every couple of weeks to maintain the lawn, and they were great too but just stopped showing up one day So I found Flawless Gardens and I'm so happy that I did! Same price as before, except they work quite efficiently and can help with all kinds of things. I had some issues with my sprinkler system and it took Adrian all of 10 minutes to fix it. So you know these guys have experience in not just mowing lawns but everything that goes with it. I also had an overgrowth of weeds in the back yard which is mostly astroturf so doesn't need regular care. Adrian was happy to clear it all out and asked if we had any pets before spraying stuff to keep the weeds at bay (we don't, but it was nice that he made sure to check because YOU might have pets!). I contacted Adrian to fix a single sprinkler head that had broken and was spraying water everywhere. He came out and had it fixed very quickly at a reasonable price. We had him out again a few weeks later to remove five giant spiky agave-type plants that were dying, as well as a large oleander bush. Again, he was responsive, able to get to our job within a few days, and knocked it out in just a few hours. He took great care not to damage our other cacti and cleaned up the yard very thoroughly. He also came back the next day to install a pressure regulator so our sprinkler wouldn't explode again. Adrian is prompt, polite, and professional. We will be hiring him again in the future. read more
