Had to sue him. -- I called Mike Miller on Monday, he said he could be out the following day. I have to work but he was still willing to stop by, not only did he stop by but he offered to do the job same day, he diagnosed and fixed multiple zones, with wiring involved, when the last company were baffled and made it seem like it was way too complicated for them. Mike's Customer Service was top notch, I've already referred 4 people his way. Be Careful, the other company that walked away w/my money and unfinished job is still on YELP. I won't mention the dishonest guy's name, or his fraudulent company. All you need to know is that this Gentleman, Mike Miller, will fix your problem in record time, and for a fair price.

Good small businesses like this are the bedrock of a good community, and I appreciate how seriously they took the matter. Original Review: Earlier this morning around 8:45 AM, I experienced a dangerous encounter with a Quik Care Services vehicle. As I slowed to about 25 mph to turn into my neighborhood, their driver tailgated me, crossed the double yellow line, and honked aggressively. Fortunately, my Tesla's cameras captured the entire incident. While that behavior was unacceptable, the owner's immediate and thoughtful response completely changed my view of the company. Mistakes happen -- what matters is how leadership responds, and this owner handled it exactly the way a responsible community business should.

We chose Madewell because they were reasonably priced and didn't try to BS us like the other two. Not sure why some contractors think eveyone is ignorant just because they dont want to be bothered with doing the job themselves. We did our homework. This was a 3 stage process. Stage one...spay and kill off the the old grass and weeds. Stage 2...the next week they removed all the old dead grass and weeds. Stage 3...laying of the new sod, which actually happened over a month later because of COVID-19 and waiting for good healthy sod. They also adjusted all the sprinklers if needed to make sure there was adequate coverage. The sod was delivered from the sod company and looked beautiful and healthy. We watered for 30 min, 2x a day for a month. Our lawn is absolutely beautiful and healthy and by week 3 had already taken to the soul. We get compliments all the time. My neighbors are probably just happy not be looking at a dirt yard any longer. Things that I found issue with along the way: clean-up wasn't as good as I would have liked, but I am very particular; and communication was not the best. Despite that, I couldn't be happier with the end result.

We called second time because we added a Utility Shed & wanted the sprinklers to not hit the New Shed . Gave us a date . We confused that date with another Appointment and called . We were told it was on the 16th. Then they stood us up, a NO SHOW . An insider told us it was because we confused the date of the appointment. Poor Service to someone who bought a new system from them .
