It was easy to do and their phone support was friendly, prompt and expert. Great team. Details: In the fall of 2023 Thomas Irwin, owner of the Irrigation Man company came to my house and performed an assessment of my sprinkler system. It was 25 years old and honestly, we/I had done a poor job maintaining it. Mr. Irwin did a detailed assessment while explaining all the places I was wasting water. He is a super nice guy with a clear, easy to understand speaking style. He sent me a written report of his assessment shortly after the visit. I read it, and asked for a quote. His quote/contract was reasonable, we moved ahead and his crew came out on the planned date (2 day job) and repaired/replaced my system. They set it up, showed me how to edit the program if needed (I have not needed to) and it has worked like a charm ever since. Danny Proverse, the installation manager, told me to please call him if I had any questions about the system. He gave me his contact info and I called him twice related to the January freeze. Once to drain and once to restart the system. Danny is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
