After I wrote this, I noticed one place we'd all forgotten in my yard. I called back after the service and asked that they come back out and fix it because it was in a huge mud hole in my back yard. Garrett came out and explained why there was a hole and what we might do to fix it. He dug up some rocks out of a pile in the yard and filled it and put some dirt back over it and tested it, advising me to resod that section. Since it was in my original list of things wrong, he said he wouldn't charge me for it, which I appreciated greatly. The lead tech jumped to conclusions without doing a full system review, changed out parts unnecessarily and was difficult to deal with as he knew all the answers. The owner, Chris, however was extraordinary. I texted him with my concerns. He came out with the techs a few days later, agreed with assessment and adjusted the bill to remove the unnecessary costs. That sort of honesty and commitment to customer service is very rare. Buyers must always be aware of what work is being done but to have the owner step in like this surprised me. I'm confident Chris will be making some changes, at least through training. I would recommend the company.

He wasnt trying to sell me anything I didnt need. His clarity and honesty convinced me to use them. They did not disappoint. The work was delayed due to circumstances beyond anyone's control but when they were able to get started, they were there on time, finished quickly, and did a quality job. They were patient in answering my many questions (sometimes too many, I think...). I had a sump installed to drain excess water and it's working perfectly.
