As I was trading in my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and looking to downsize I considered a Nissan Murano and a Ford Escape. After doing my homework and Ryan getting me the information I needed I made the decision to purchase a 2016 Ford Edge Platinum. This car not only meets all my needs but exceeds in some areas. It is not hard to tell why Ryan has rose among the ranks and became the New Car Sales Manager recently ~ but Ryan still has great customer service in dealing with clients from site visits and helping to find a suitable vehicle to arranging financing right down to the delivery of the vehicle. I look forward to purchasing a 2017 Mustang convertible from this dealership and working with Ryan again. Of note, I did check out two other Ford dealerships in greater Halifax Dartmouth and neither dealership spent the time with me or listened to my requirements sufficiently to get me to buy from their dealerships. I did this both in 2014 and 2016 when I ultimately made the commute to Truro to make my purhcases. The one hour drive from Halifax for great service and continued care is certainly worth it.

They seem to pass the buck off on the next person to avoid their customers. Back in October I was originally told my truck would need to be in the shop for an "issue" that was to take 3days MAX to fix. That was a lie because I was never fully advised of the extent of the "issues"that had to be addressed. Well.....it's now Jan 22, and even after a meeting with Mr Rick Hollis assuring me that my truck would be priority and be fixed.... My truck sits idle in their lot, not being worked on and yet no one can tell me when it will be repaired because they are still waiting for the engineers to tell the mechanics what to do. Seriously......it's a year old. I am making payments on a vehicle I can't drive and all I get is "I understand your frustration" NO NO you don't. I regret taking my truck here and after hearing all the negative feedback on this dealership.....I am surprised it's still operational.

You'd think a situation such as a shot rear wheel bearing would be horrible, and after driving so far from Sainte-Jean, Quebec and an hour from home, MacKenzie's Towing and their awesome technician, Frank, actually made the trip home enjoyable. Timings for pick-up was quick, and Frank was there for us. He made the last hour, even with our LR4 on the flatbed, so much better. The wife and I were exhausted, and Frank was personable, polite, and just about every great adjective I can think of. The trip started in Quebec at 7am, and here I am at home, for about 40 minutes or so, and writing the best review I can think of, as he, and his employer, deserves the proper recognition. Thank you Frank. And last but least, the price was way better than one we have had from a local one from just Sackville a while back.
