They are getting new items in daily. So try and go whenever. They had a bargain area where just about everything is dumped into bins and you have to sort through it all giving all things covid, I only went in the room and walked around. It made me anxious being in there. In the other room it was nicely organized, and not as rowdy. Prices were very reasonable. The staff was amazing. They were so polite. I was impressed by a male cashier while there. He cut himself with some needles on some fake flowers. Because of that he immediately left the cash register to properly clean himself up (it was not too bad).

Just about every major brand you can think of is here, making it easy to spend several hours shopping if that's your thing. The only downside is the layout. Instead of being designed so you can start at one end and work your way through the entire center--or follow a convenient loop--the stores are spread across multiple sections. We noticed a lot of people parking, visiting a few stores, then getting back in their cars to drive to another section and repeat the process. It doesn't make for the most efficient shopping experience. We happened to visit during a stretch of 100°+ temperatures, so walking from one section to another simply wasn't practical. We visited the stores we wanted to see, then called it a day. In cooler weather, it would be much easier to spend several hours exploring everything the outlets have to offer. Overall, the selection is outstanding. Whether you're looking for clothing, shoes, accessories, home goods, or specialty stores, chances are you'll find what you're looking for. Just plan ahead, wear comfortable shoes, and if you're visiting during the summer, be prepared to use your car to get between sections.

Called and left more messages. No return calls. Day 10 I went in the store because it's harder to lie to someone in person. I was told that my parts were in the shop. I went there as instructed and found shop deserted. I returned to customer service and asked if they could send someone they did. The employee was able to find the parts but couldn't take payment. I took the parts to the check out up front and found that they had no idea what they cost. An employee had to google the parts to get a cost. Store obviously is not being managed properly if at all

They have a great collection of living room furniture, dining set, outdoor furniture, rugs, mattresses m, bedroom sets...you name it.
