Items were never delivered and the seller was unwilling to follow up with USPS (as USPS requires…read morethe original receipt (not just a tracking number), which I as the addressee did not have, to file a claim). The tracking said that it was delivered, but there was no proof provided by USPS as that it was delivered to the correct address. Again, all of this could have been easily fixed had the seller been willing to take steps to follow up with USPS. And if USPS messed it up, the seller could have filed a claim (the package was insured as stated on USPS website). In addition, the prices are almost double compared to local stores. I only checked after I had place the order. Check Whole Foods, Amazon Fresh, etc., and you'll see. Do not buy from this website. You'll pay more and may never get the items.

After ordering the melter, allowing time for delivery, we invited some close friends over to try it out. The day following the order, I received an email from Sonja at Raclette Corner, relating that there was a delay in receiving the product from Switzerland and it would ship in two days. I replied and asked if it would arrive in time to entertain our friends or whether we should reschedule. Sonja kindly assured us that the raclette melter would arrive on time and asked not to alter our plans. She then followed up by shipping it at the appropriate speed to keep her promise. We have used the melter twice and it works as expected, just like the one's in Switzerland. (It is after all, the same machine made to work at 110v). What makes the raclettecorner.com different is the service! I would recommend this business (and the TTM Raclette Ambience) whole heartedly.

I rented chairs and linens from Ideal Wedding & Events for my daughter's wedding on June 2nd, 2012…read more We arranged to have chairs delivered and set-up at our outdoor location for the ceremony, and we also had chairs and linens delivered to our indoor location for the reception. The chairs that were delivered for the ceremony were a little dirty, but otherwise okay. The chairs that were delivered to the reception were also dirty, and the linens were stained. We were able to wipe down the chairs, but unfortunately there was not much we could do about the linens. I expressed my concerns to the Ideal wedding staff member that was setting up the chairs at the ceremony. He did not seem surprised at the quality, and explained that sometimes when Ideal Wedding & Events is overbooked, they rent from another company in order to fulfill all of the orders. We also had problems with some of the sizes of the linens, and as a result we were not able to use them. Luckily, the staff at the reception location was able to set us up with some table skirting that they had on hand. I have been trying to reach Blake (manager) at Ideal Wedding & Events for the last several days. I have left numerous voicemails with the details of my experience and a request for a return call. So far, I have not heard back. At this point I am questioning if cusomer satisfaction is important to Blake and this company.

We had a wedding with 100 guests at McKennan Park and when we go to the park, there were no chairs. Our guests had to stand and/or sit on the three picnic tables we were able to carry to the wedding area. Just as the bride was about to walk down the aisle, the truck and trailer pulled up with chairs to be delivered. The gentlemen didn't seem too concerned at their tardiness, and only said that they had another pick up to do in Iowa that had delayed them. At that point, we declined their services. Clearly, their delivery schedule was too full to accommodate both events, and they should have advised us of the scheduling conflict. We tried to call the phone number given us when we saw there were no chairs, but there was no answer at the office. This was a very unfortunate event that caused some unnecessary stress for the wedding party. I would not use them again...

I took in our Jeep Renegade to get new tires. We had been trying to sell this extra vehicle that…read morehad been sitting in our garage, but no one was buying with worn tires. We decided that maybe we dump some money and hang onto it for when our 14 year is ready to drive. I ordered Firehawk tires online. They ship quickly and I schedule an appointment online about a week out. I get a text saying they can likely get me in earlier and to call the store. They get me in 3:15 that day. Up to this point, I'm thrilled with the experience. I drop the vehicle off a little early, around 3:00. Keaton tells me roughly an hour. I meet the technician when walking back to my car to place the number on it. He is driving it in as I walk away. At 3:36 I get a call stating that they are having difficulty removing one lug bolt. Thought they would have already had all the tires off at this point. They asked for permission to use a breaker bar with the warning they could potentially break the bolt off. I granted permission as I have used a breaker bar countless times and have never broken off a bolt. The phone call lasted 37 seconds. At 4:22 I get a text that tires are installed and ready to be picked up. Keaton was prompt in checking me out and discussing tire rotation, warranty registration, etc. He reviews the notes that says that they called me to get permission to use breaker bar. At no point does he mention that the lug bolt broke. It also says LR fender scratches. He wasn't sure what that meant. The car is not in perfect condition, and I wasn't real worried about it. I was on my way. I instantly take the car on the interstate to test the new tires. I run it 20-25 miles at 85mph. It is a smoother quieter ride. I pick up my 14-year-old. I let her drive at 80 mph down the interstate. Head home happy with our purchase at this point. The next day I decide to top the car off with gas. I look down and notice there is a lug bolt missing. Shocked that this was not mentioned at checkout. I check the notes on the receipt in the glove box. I go to the driver's rear fender, there's a pretty significant scrape there that looks pretty fresh. I have several recent photos of this car because we were trying to sell. Reference the photos. Zoom in and there's nothing there. Now I'm concerned. I call the store. They claim the fender scratches comment was them documenting prior damage. That's odd. This car has a prior salvage title. It is far from perfect and has pretty noticeable scrapes and peeling paint on the passenger front fender. No mention of that. I'm also concerned they made no mention of the missing lug bolt. I talk to a manager Izzy who says they are going to escalate this. I need to come in and fill out a form if I want anything done about the damage. No email option. I decide to remove the tire with the missing bolt to see if I can get out the yielded bolt stem and at least make this safe to drive. I can easily remove the broken off bolt with a needle nose pliers. Why didn't Costco do this? It was not stuck at all. Makes me think it was never stuck. My guess is they had already broken this bolt somehow when they called me 36 minutes into the installation. I did go in to file a damage complaint. I'm not as concerned about the damage as I am the complete lack of transparency and total disregard for safety by not telling me there was a bolt missing. I'm thankful I noticed the missing bolt and nothing happened when I was going 85 mph. They had me fill out a form but documented absolutely nothing. Jeep was outside. No photos. Didn't even want to see it. I honestly don't think anything is going to happen. They hope I get sick of their red tape and move on. This is my reason for writing this. I have kicked around the idea of getting tires installed by a reputable local shop and returning these. I've already spent too much time dealing with the vehicle. Maybe buy your bulk grocery items at Costco but leave the safety of your family's vehicles to the professionals. If we keep the tires and vehicle, really questioning if this is where I want my tires rotated. I expected so much better out of Costco.

But I am so thankful for a place to stop. I've gone in a couple times, but they carry almost all the same things that my local stores at home have, so I usually don't roam too long.
