The day following the order, I received an email from Sonja at Raclette Corner, relating that there was a delay in receiving the product from Switzerland and it would ship in two days. I replied and asked if it would arrive in time to entertain our friends or whether we should reschedule. Sonja kindly assured us that the raclette melter would arrive on time and asked not to alter our plans. She then followed up by shipping it at the appropriate speed to keep her promise. We have used the melter twice and it works as expected, just like the one's in Switzerland. (It is after all, the same machine made to work at 110v). I get the showers installed they look amazing now time to measure for the custom doors sent the measurements to handyman and they ordered the glass fast forward another month and doors are here time to install and yet the glass door hits the accent border, they tell me there is nothing they can do and the only thing I can do is but notch my CUSTOM shower... thought we were trying to avoid this hence CUSTOM shower they messed up and now I have to deal with it and hack up my brand new shower all in all a horrible experience

Drove home [60+ miles] and when we opened the boxes, were stunned at the poor quality of the materials and how flimsy everything was. The towel bars literally flex when you touch them, the brackets to attach to the wall were less than 1" across. As we are selling the house, we pray they will hold up until we sell. BURNED. I rented chairs and linens from Ideal Wedding & Events for my daughter's wedding on June 2nd, 2012…read more We arranged to have chairs delivered and set-up at our outdoor location for the ceremony, and we also had chairs and linens delivered to our indoor location for the reception. The chairs that were delivered for the ceremony were a little dirty, but otherwise okay. The chairs that were delivered to the reception were also dirty, and the linens were stained. We were able to wipe down the chairs, but unfortunately there was not much we could do about the linens. I expressed my concerns to the Ideal wedding staff member that was setting up the chairs at the ceremony. He did not seem surprised at the quality, and explained that sometimes when Ideal Wedding & Events is overbooked, they rent from another company in order to fulfill all of the orders. We also had problems with some of the sizes of the linens, and as a result we were not able to use them. Luckily, the staff at the reception location was able to set us up with some table skirting that they had on hand. I have been trying to reach Blake (manager) at Ideal Wedding & Events for the last several days. I have left numerous voicemails with the details of my experience and a request for a return call. So far, I have not heard back. At this point I am questioning if cusomer satisfaction is important to Blake and this company.

Our guests had to stand and/or sit on the three picnic tables we were able to carry to the wedding area. Just as the bride was about to walk down the aisle, the truck and trailer pulled up with chairs to be delivered. The gentlemen didn't seem too concerned at their tardiness, and only said that they had another pick up to do in Iowa that had delayed them. At that point, we declined their services. Clearly, their delivery schedule was too full to accommodate both events, and they should have advised us of the scheduling conflict. We tried to call the phone number given us when we saw there were no chairs, but there was no answer at the office. This was a very unfortunate event that caused some unnecessary stress for the wedding party. I would not use them again...

They had done one pane, but not the other, and no one had left a message to say it was complete. When I got the bill I was even more surprised. It was the price I was quoted, plus additional expenses I was not informed would be added for trim and labor. Very disappointed in the whole experience. I like Ace Hardwares in town, but this one will not be my go-to store.
