I was referred here by my mother who does business with this dealer. I live in Crosby Texas and drove here to get a car. Before driving to the dealer I called to confirm the availability and the access to the vehicle, mind you this was 5pm and was told that they closed at 7pm and I could purchase. Upon my arrival a very nice young lady assisted me and said she was waiting on George to come back. When he got back baby he was rude to me and very dismissive. They basically kicked us out the dealership and wasn't trying to sell us a vehicle. We went right next door and bought a car. I often look at reviews and don't do business with companies that have bad ratings. However I attempted to give them the benefit of the doubt. This dealer is probably the worst in south Houston or Pasadena Texas. I don't recommend anyone who's spending hard earned money to come here. George is rude and shouldn't be allowed to sell cars for the dealership. He has given the owner a bad name. Again the lady who works here is very kind and helpful and Issac I believe might be kind. But George is the devils advocate and can't be trusted. Do not buy a car here until they get rid of him. He don't care about honesty and integrity. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are HORRIBLE!!!!! They sell LEMONS!!!! And the owner is super rude!!! They ride with you on test drives so you can't push the car to see how it REALLY runs. They want you to go 35 whole test drive. My gf and I test drive a Benz and as soon as she went over 35 the engine light came on and switched gears on us . Ouuuu he got so mad and started cursing us out. We took our business elsewhere. I purchased this car about 3 months ago from them , had a good conversation in the process of financing the car. Was made a promise by The most unprofessional "Boss" I've ever met in my entire f***ing life. Isaac , the owner, is literally the scam artist behind all his puppets in the office. It's shameful how they take advantage of people, especially in this time. They possessed my car when I was literally 2-3 days late for payment . But that's not the killing part... ISAAC told me out of his own mouth that I would be able to make my payment late, and I woke up the next morning and my car was gone. Called the next day and was told he was busy and that he'll call me back, calls me back at 5:30 that evening to literally tell me "he didn't say that I could make a payment" and that the car is in default proceeds to hang up the phone and block my number. I should've started by reading the reviews first because it looks like we now have a similar experience with this Dealership. Why haven't they been shut down yet? The car had no horn , it needed a new battery, and the bumper was crashed, none of which was disclosed to me prior to the buying. They repossessed my car after missing one payment. Very disappointed with this dealer. My son bought 2012 Chevy Cruze, battery went dead a few days later, which they replaced. Then within 3 weeks car stalled, had to pay $86 to have it towed, turned out it was a blown gasket!. They tried to blame my son driving it too much! r. Isaac promise me that I was getting a good car I even use a mechanic it works on all of mr. Isaac car they ensured me that the car was a good car and would be able to take me safely to San Antonio and back to Houston.Then on the way there the car stopped in the middle of the interstate while driving it was so scary an 18 Wheeler almost hit us my heart almost jumped out of my chest all i could think about was losing my kids. 6 days after my purchase the car broke down 10 times. I went into Isaac Motors in Pasadena Tx his manager was no help to us called the police on me because i told him what had happened with the car and he told 911 i was cussing and causing a scene in an attempt to get me arrested, luckily I had a video to show the PASADENA POLICE I was very respectful and I stood my ground. I feel like spending 3800 for a car and being promised by him and his mechanic That got paid an referral fee for bring me in to buy this car they both told me the car should work it was a goid car his manager didn't care he was very short with me and d me its not my problem get out!! He lied to 911 that I was cussing and disrespecting him which none of that was true. I have video to back that up of that is on the video the police officer watched it and said that they do this all the time to dis-satisfied. CUSTOMERS and he had sympathy and for me he had compassion for me he told me that there was nothing I could do that Isaac Motors does this to a lot of his customer. I did not cuss at all or cause a problem recorded it all then I spoke to mr. Isaac a few days after the incident he told me he was a Christian and he was sorry about the problems I was having and he said he would work with me even though he didnt have to all i had to do is change my review and he will buy a part for the car just to help me out that he didn't have to and he said he would send me to another mechanic it's going on two and a half months later he hasn't sent me to a mechanic he hasn't bought the part he just wasted two and a half months of my time can you ask me to change my review and he would help me and I did so I'm changing it back to the truth he in the mechanic he was working with lied to me told me that vehicle was fine and he totally turned his back on me he made a promise to buy a part and he told me he realky cared and he knew money is hard to come by I left that day feeling confident and happy that he has such a good heart to consider helping me so I left and I change the review he also made a promise that the car would work and it was a good car all I needed was ball joints he's a total liar and while in his office he talked about how much of a Christian he is so I've been two and a half months without transportation waiting on mr. Purchased a car from them and i got into a wreck.so he gave me a loaner and the whole time i was paying for the loaner while i had it 270$ every two weeks for 6 weeks. he told me once the settlement was over and they recieved the money from the people that hit me insurance company i could come in and pick another car no money down and start another contract.i just called him and told them i had 500$ could he get me into something else he told me i had to put at least 1000$ down dont take their word because they will lie to you they will make everything sound good when your there before you get a car but once they get your money thats all they care about they don't care about the customer also the loaner that he gave me the first one the key kept getting stuck in the ignition then the second loaner i got power steering fluid kept leaking out i had to buy numerous bottles over 10.
