Everything was fast paced (this is how they get you) I was pressured into purchasing the vehicle because it was a "very clean" car. I asked for a car fax report multiple times before leaving the dealer, no car fax was ever presented. Unfortunately a year later the vehicle was totaled out, I later found out by my insurance company that the vehicle was a salvage title vehicle due to flood. I was swindled into buying this car with no knowledge of the car having a salvage title. Now I'm left to pay the remaining balance on a vehicle that is totaled. These people are so money hungry never met a worst human being in my life, if you are looking to give your hard earned money away, go ahead and go here. I'm not even the type of person to leave reviews but the way these people treated me is ridiculous. One of their employees literally scammed me on fake car insurance with a fake policy number and everything so I could take their vehicle, which they didn't decide to give me my money back until I called the cops on them. (Still haven't got my downpayments back) Then my engine light turned on five minutes after leaving the dealer keep in mind. I was the last customer of the night they were trying to rush me out didn't even make me sign any paper work until I brought it up I should've never done that. My car payment was said to be $750 for a Dodge Durango 2021 which I had no problem in paying but give me a reliable car so I bring the car back the next day to check it out they give me a loaner. They Call me in a week so I go to pick up my car one hour later the engine light turns on AGAIN I bring it back. Give them another chance to fix my car it stays there another week & then they proceeded to call me. My car is ready. I pick up my car and it drives smooth for about four hours.then boom turns on AGAIN so, I take it to my mechanic now because I don't trust them anymore and as soon as Mechanic pops up the hood, they literally zip tied my cylinders together instead of ordering new parts. That's when I lost it. I returned the car never went to go pick it up again. I had to go buy a new car because these people put my safety in danger when I request to get back my down payment because I was only driving this car for a total about 2 to 3 days. They refused and treated me poorly. I was pregnant at the moment due to all the stress and leaving me carless for 3 months until I was able to make enough for another down payment at another dealership, I ended up having a miscarriage and now they are trying to sue me. I am so ready to go to court. I really hope they sue me. I have so much evidence. I recorded all the calls have pictures of everything. I can't wait to see them in court so they can get what they deserve and David just know that you're a piece of sh*t I hope you get all the karma you deserve. STAY FAR AWAY. Under no circumstances should you do business with this dealer. They advertise lower prices on the website, but they use shady and unethical practices to back door more money for them. I attempted to make a purchase and agreed on a price only to be presented with a $6800 charge for an extended warranty. Not only is that fee astronomical, but it was something I did not want. When I said I was not interested, they refused to sell me a car without the warranty package. This is a bait and switch tactic which at best is unethical and at worst illegal. Went to look at a truck and trade my car in. Talked to David (owner or mgr). Low balled me on my car (i expect that). Ended up leaving but calling him back and agreeing to his terms. I had said I will bring title first thing in the morning, DO NOT SALE THE TRUCK. He gave me his word. I believed this man and his word. Showed up first thing like i said with title in hand, was told truck was sold. I understand business and dealerships need to sell vehicles when they can, but when someone gives to me their word and I accept it, to me its like a contract. I guess im old school when that use to mean something. I would have returned with my title that same day if he had just been honest and said if someone comes for the truck im selling it. I didn't read the reviews about all the bait and switching and "selling" of cars before you get there before going to this dealership. My husband did and I assured him that I had called TWICE to confirm availability, let them know we were driving an hour to get there, and to make appointment. I wanted to give dealership benefit of the doubt. We drove an hour to get there, test drove and talked to sales guy Sean for about and hour and a half, got ready to purchase with cash in hand, only to be told that "an out of state buyer" purchased the vehicle before we even got there! Imagine our surprise since we called twice and now were 3.5 hours deep into this transaction. We understand things can happen and left very upset but trying not to be too angry, as what could they do? The vehicle was sold right? We thought "Ok, they have good stock maybe we will give them another shot and look for another." Surprise!!!! The same Jeep shows up online not even 12 hours later with a higher price attached to it. Wow. So not only did the dealership waste our time but they also lied to our face. I'm sure they will respond and claim this is all a mix-up or somehow our fault as they have in other reviews. But if it was me- I wouldn't give this place a try only to be let down. The only redeemable thing about this experience was Sean the sales person. Sean you were great and should really look for work elsewhere. This sale was ripped from you and I'm sure its not the first and won't be the last. I've posted pictures to confirm this happening. They told us they would repair or replace a backlight casing, but now "nobody knows anything about that". Kirk got fired. Matt is as rude as can be on the phone. I went to go purchase a car. The first car I chose the sales reps were showing me let me test drive and all. I noticed the check engine light came on and then spoke with another man and he insisted I don't buy it because it has a bad engine. The next car I chose test drove asked if anything was wrong of any accidents they told me no. A vent was missing and they said it would be fixed along with other things I spoke about. Simple replacements. I went home with my new car and days pass by and stuff isn't working. My automatic locks don't work properly. It takes 10- 15 tries for me to unlock or lock my car. I was told by Walmart when I went for an oil change that oil was leaking. I paid for a state inspection with the purchase of my car so that shouldn't be. So I went to get it inspected and everything was fine EXCEPT I don't have a license plate light. Which you CANNOT DRIVE ON THE STREETS WITHOUT IT. I called today because I've been calling for a week about my parts and was told today the car was sold to me as is. But that was not stated they were going to fix my lights because it's part of inspection but nothing else. Needless to say I may have f***** up coming here but i wanna save anyone else the trouble. Or at least advise you bring a mechanic with you to check the car out as they don't have one on site read more

Update- I have gotten messages a few times asking about the jeeps condition when I bought it, if it had any issues and if it's still good. 100% honesty... yes as soon as I left strawberry auto an issue came up. I live in San Antonio and drove to Pasadena for a good deal. On my way home to San Antonio the Jeep started acting up. To be specific it started acting up in Houston. Didn't get too far before I got a message on my dash saying the hood was open and then all of a sudden the AC didn't work. (Come to find out the ambient air sensor and hood sensor were malfunctioning) I got home to San Antonio and took it to a Jeep dealer. It was under warranty so they fixed the sensors. I was soooo mad though, I had to drive all the way home without ac and that weekend was hot and humid. I didn't call strawberry auto because of my initial experience with them, I didn't feel they were competent enough to do any good in the situation. The Jeep dealership was amazing, I dropped the Jeep off in the morning, they fixed the sensors and I drove it home after work. They did the oil change & a full inspection on it as well. The sales guy was beyond useless and needed to ask his even more useless sales manager to answer simple questions. The cars condition was not the greatest when I saw it. The floors were dirty and genuinely not clean. However, I over looked this as I thought the price was good. By the time everything was put together the car was sold. They did not tell me the car was sold they just stopped responding. When I called to see what was going on I got the run around. Please save your time and effort as they are not worth it. Went in this morning to check out a Dodge charger that was priced at a very good price however when I arrived salesman started to show me the car but when another gentleman came in they proceeded to show the same car at the same time and then kept me waiting while the salesman went out to smoke. I asked for additional information because I had a pre approved check for 50k from Navy Federal. The salesman would have known that if he treated me like a customer instead of a bum. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy as their business practices are sketchy and at this point I'd rather pay more elsewhere and be treated better. read more
