I get it veriscanned and the error code is for a bad torque converter which is part of the transmission repair. I Take it back to them because I had a service warranty.They had the vehicle for 12 days. To make a long story short, the exact process occurred 3 more times. So in total the had the vehicle 4 times just to get it right. The latter times I took the vehicle back to them I mysteriously started having leaks.....oil reservoir which cost me 1k to have repaired........may be coincidental but I doubt it.

Three days, two tows and two garages later we are at Cummins South. Last night at 1:30 am on i75 stop engine light comes on. We panic because the last time it came on the vehicle shut down in the middle of St Lucie Blvd. not a pleasant position to be in, even worse on an interstate. We limp into a parking lot in a partially abandoned strip center. I begin calling roadside assistance, dealership, parents, anyone that could possibly help. No avail, no answer, no help except of course for the parents. :). I pass out from exhaustion for a few hours and wake up and begin searching again for anyway to get moving before Monday. (Did I mention this was Friday night/Saturday morning?). Not a good time to be broken down. I come across the website for cummins south (I have a cummins engine in the rv so it seemed like a good possibility). I call them. Someone answers at 6am on a Saturday morning. 5 minutes later I am talking with Keith from Cummins south telling me how they are going to start solving my problems for me. Had to have my car towed twice to this place because they didn't do…read more anything right the 1st time. They incorrectly by-passed the vehicle anti-theft system in order to correct a no start problem which turned out just to be a bad starter. Then they incorrectly hard wired the secondary coolant fan to the starter which drew down the battery. So, I had to pay these idiots for what they did and then I had to take it to someone who actually knew what they were doing. Idiots!

I went to Auto Nation to get a repair done to my Power steering in which was leaking and I couldn't locate the dripping without a lift. They told me I needed a new power steering pump and the cost would be $641.00 including labor. So I say Hell No, I'll go somewhere else. I went to Mike at The Shop of Albany and he stated that I had a loose line coming from the pump.(Honesty) If you're seeking integrity ,loyalty, and quality maintenance this is your place. The mechanics here are more knowledgeable than the technicians at the Dealerships. I got this Shop phone # on my speed dial. As long as I got vehicles, the maintenance will get done at this shop.
