Which is awesome, bc I have both on hand. He also let me know there was a special tool we could order if I wanted. - Insurance. Dr. Norm does not take insurance, but Dr. Kerri does and I have heard wonderful things about her. - The drive way is easy to miss. She arranged to see me the very day I called. When I was at her office, she gave me individual attention. The space was a bit snug, but it didn't interfere with her ability to give me a comprehensive consultation. Her technique was very hands on. My other chiropractors have put me on electric stim machines and left me for nearly 15-20 minutes unattended. Not so with Dr. Vitale! She payed careful attention to the pain I was experiencing. When it came to the diagnosis, treatment options, and home treatments, Dr. Vitale was very specific and detailed in her explanations. She was very aware and respectful of my choice to not pursue any prescription pain-killers. Her excellent service did not end there. Since I had to head back home to Los Angeles, there was quite a bit of paperwork to take care of. She made the arrangements to send my bills to my insurance company, and faxed copies of my diagnosis to my new doctor.
