I arrive at 5:30pm and the lady at the front was very confused. I explained that I had an appointment that got moved back and she had me sit down while she figured out what was going on. She came back up and said they are busy and can I come back at 6:00pm or wait. I waited since I live kind of far. They had me wait 40 minutes and no sign of being helped. Two men walked in and the lady in the front room opened the door with someone on the table visible to all in the lobby, and then proceeded to talk with two other women in the lobby who all seemed to be confused.
