I was pretty nervous/anxious my first trip in, but Isabela was very comforting and made me feel at ease. Isabela is really wonderful. I've been to many, many different waxing salons in San Diego in the ten years I've lived here, and Isabela is by far the best. She's very thorough, gentle (or as gentle as one can get... Ripping hair out by the roots in delicate areas isn't the easiest thing in the world).
