Since I am in the States & my loved one in Tijuana I had to have the bouquet delivered to my loved ones home & they were able to do so for a small additional fee but it was so worth it. Once you decide on the bouquet/floral arrangement that you want they will have you give them basic info like contact info for the receiving party, address, & the message on the card. I also asked them to please keep me up to date regarding when they were to deliver the bouquet & they did! They texted me & sent me a photo that they successfully delivered them to the address I had notated to them in detail (since i thought the address was difficult to get to) All in all- if I could give them 100 stars then I would! I have sent many family members here for work as complicated as wedding dresses to things as simple as pant hemming and they have quickly become our go to seamstress! This is a small business so I can get pretty busy especially in a small shop and they have primarily Spanish speaking seamstresses but you can't beat the price and the amazing work they do. Even if you don't speak Spanish, they will try their best to communicate, and nothing some Google translate can't help with. I will say the only downside is they don't contact you when your alterations are ready but they are on time with the dates the originally give you and you can call to get updates.
