I wanted to have them look at an issue with my car (just inspect for now & see what kind of repairs it needed and a quote for the repairs first), and told the guy i wasn't sure if i'd be able to do any repairs today due to financial reasons. The guy got extremely defensive and told me that this wasn't the shop for me due to that reason. DO NOT recommend!!!

Not only did the service department fit me in within minutes, they said they would not let me leave town without making sure my Kia was safe to drive. AWESOME!!! They did find a nail in the tire and were able to fix it right away. My Seltos is still under warranty so they did it all for free. From the minute I walked in. The Service Cashier, The Service Mechanic and the Service Manager were all super friendly, professional and eager to help me with my issue. In no time at all I was on my way and feeling safe about heading out of town. This really doesn't surprise me much as I have always got great service there over and over and over. I've brought my vehicles there for over 10 years now. The Service Manager Melina is simply the BEST!!! She has helped me and been so friendly and professional all these years. Even before she became the Manager. I honestly leased my current car there simply because of Melina and knowing that if I have any issue with kia at any level, she will or would try to help resolve it, and help me in any way she can. Cornerstone Kia is very lucky to have such a great person like Melina working for them and their customers. What's not to love? This place has everything. Some of my favorites being: cheap bananas, onions, eggs, hot dog and hamburger buns, milk and juice. I grab these items here often. Get these items here and save yourself some cash. Other items we get frequently - they aren't a deal, but not expense - donuts, ice cream and cold 12 packs of soda ready to go. Each excellent for when you want a quick treat or need cold soda for the cooler. Need a carwash? You can get the Elite carwash for $7 on Tuesdays, and their carwash is great. It does the job. Lastly, you may not think about stopping at the gas station for bacon wrapped steaks, but you should. I was enticed to try them when the ad on the fuel pump told me they were only a couple of bucks and I had not decided what to make for dinner. So, I thought what the heck. Let's give it a try. I'm glad I did. It wasn't Pittsburg Blue or even Texas Roadhouse quality, but it was good. We will definitely be having them again. I love the Otsego Kwik Trip. It's clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly.

Cubes have been discontinued and they are hard to find around here. After widening the search farther and farther, I finally found one at Nelson Auto Sales, in North Branch MN. I KNOW. It's like 1700 miles away or something. When I called to ask if it could be sent over, they admitted they did not have a deal like that with a sister-showroom out here, but when I told them I was willing to fly over to drive it back, (after their initial surprise) they went to every trouble to make that happen- made sure it was tuned up and and just as safe as could be. Eric, in particular, went out of his way to personally insure all was in good running order, since I was literally trusting them with my life- car bought/ sight unseen. He double-checked the tires, and took the time to show me how to use the features, which were great. He even drove it all the way down from the dealership to the airport, which saved me hours! I can't say enough nice things about them. And the car was a champ! It floated up the hills and mountains. Even over the Continental Divide! (ahhh!!) Sun-dogs chased me all the way home so that I had to outrun snow all through Wyoming and Montana! (Snow is horrifying to Seattle; we shut down over more than about 2 inches :~D) So now I am safely at home, as of yesterday, and gratefully writing a review- for not only finding the best deal in the nation, pretty much, but also the care they took. Eric called at least twice as I was driving cross country, to check up on the journey and make sure I was ok. Thanks Eric!!!! I really appreciate all your effort!
