I received a call and was informed that they now only had 2 of the 4 tires I needed. They graciously offered me 4 tires that were more expensive (classic bait and switch). I told them that I would take the more expensive tires, but wanted free installation. The tech told me he would check with the manager. After a long time on hold he came back and politely apologized for the delay in getting back to me, but now they didn't even have the more expensive tires for me to buy. HMMMMmmm. I see a very poorly run tire shop. Taking my business to a local small business, hopefully I will be treated better!
