We called ahead to make sure it was still available/on the lot (sometimes places are bad about updating their websites regularly to reflect inventory, but this place was accurate). When we arrived, we came into the office first. We were greeted in a friendly, relaxed manner. The guy got our IDs, gave us the keys and let us take it for a roll. We liked it but needed a couple days to consider. The guy was chill with that answer and didn't attempt to pressure us in any way to hurry our decision or check out any other vehicles on the lot, which I really appreciated. I've been to auto dealers before who won't leave you alone or won't take no for an answer and it's a huge turnoff, so this casual attitude was honestly a green flag for us. When we initially were inspecting it on the lot (we were pretty thorough, even got under the hood haha), he didn't even come out of the office to watch us or upsell us. Again, I really appreciated being left alone to consider for myself without any salesmanship BS or distracting chit chat. Hubbie did end up going back a few days later (once he'd got funds in the right place) to purchase it, and it was also a relaxed experience. He was able to trade in the Prius to get a slight discount on the going rate for the Crosstrek. One word of warning, be sure to come with cash in hand if you aren't financing, because there is like a 3% fee if you use a credit or debit card to purchase! Oh, also the toilet was nice and clean in the office.

It has had a problem with the steering wheel shaking .It took 3 times for pilson to find out one of the ball joints was not tight. All winter the passenger side electric step would not go up. I had to close door and push the step up. I took it to pilson and they fixed it. It lasted one day and it is not going all the way up. I definitely don't recommend any one buy a wadoch conversion. This truck is a piece of junk.​

Bought a 5yr old used truck from Hayford. Reasonably priced. I came in an hour before they closed…read moreand offered to come back the next day. Sales was dead set on a sale that night. The finance department was very unhappy to still be there. I requested to use a loan through my credit union. They never even contacted my credit union. The loan they gave me was based off a credit score that was nearly 120 points below my actual score. My credit union verified my credit score when I refinanced pretty much immediately for almost a 4.5% interest drop. I had to go through the whole refinancing process less than two weeks after I bought the vehicle because Hayford automatically enrolled me in a loan with Wells Fargo with a credit score they got from Equifax. I opened a credit card with my credit union two weeks later and they used Equifax as well and found my score to be way higher. Furthermore a wire for the block heater was clearly identified broken prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Hayford claimed they would fix it. They said they'd call me once the part was in. Two weeks later still no contact by them so I call them and tell them if they are lying about their intentions to fix it to let me know and I'll fix it myself. They then say there must have been a communication error because the part was in stock when my truck was purchased. Their manager Furthermore told me I had no right to question their character because he's a man of his words. I told him to just mail me the part and I'll do it myself. Guaranteed they haven't mailed it and never will. I wish I had a better experience with Hayford and could recommend them to others, but I really can't. Worst expierence I've ever had with a dealership. Their sales team is pleasant and have some good employees, but their finance guy was extremely short and rude, and their manager was more concerned with his pride than he was resolving the issue. They also do not care about how they treat you once you sign the paperwork. I try to keep business local when I can, but I won't be back and won't be recommending them to anyone I know. In a small community reputation and integrity is everything. Not once was it offered to me for them to follow up on how my credit score was found to be 120pts below what it actually is. Nor did anyone apologize for the absolute cluster of a process they have.
