The roofing team showed up at 7:00AM working until 9:00 PM finishing the job in basically one day. They were fast, efficient, and actually quiet for the work they were doing. VERY professional. They did a beautiful job. Cleaned up and did no damage to shrubs or the yard. The next day the brothers returned (in the rain) and in less than two hours they reinstalled the siding and the gutters system. Everything was explained to me as to what they were doing and why they did it. No fluff or padding the job for more money. They only did what was necessary or what I requested. Matt was the POC for the job from start to finish. Very helpful and professional. Came for the final inspection and even went as far as to wash spots on the chimney flashing. Actually came in under estimate because work I thought was needed, did not need to be done. I feel they went above and beyond what most roofing companies would have done. They said it was due to rafters shifted and I said they should of told me so I could get quote to resolve it before shingling over it. They said they don't do that kind of work. Had to remove shingles in valley as it was crooked and looked horrible. A little better but not happy. Asked about leftover shingles. Salesperson said that normally shingles that are left over which estimates are for more than what is needed. He kept saying he would take from another job as the color we picked is popular. Got to thinking about it and that would not be right to that customer to take what they paid for either. We were promised they would roof my shed as salesperson was aware I wanted to match and feel he should of known how to help us match it. That did not happen but just wanted to get rid of these guys. Showed up with no appointments. Unfortunately experienced a leak during storm. Service guy came out to look at everything and try to get it to leak but couldn't. Also talked to him about the valley which he said it looked like they forgot chalk like. That is how the valley was reroofed with an unscheduled appointment they showed up when not home. Kept calling for when shingles would be dropped off to cover shed. Broken promises all the time. Called to pay balance just to put this behind us and wanting to charge three thousand more. I complained and lady said I was being rude. No, I was quoted under 14 thousand and other company quotes for my roof was comparable. She hung up and a Manager called back. He did not really want to talk and hear me out on everything that happened. He said he was going to check into everything and call me back. He did, said they will settle with what we were quoted and have two bundles dropped off. Again was promised a drop off date and did not happen. Emailed and texted, no response from Manager. The next morning two bundles were dropped off at end of driveway. So glad to get rid of them and do not recommend them.

I had to contact him every week to see what was going on. I was told to contact my insurance company and do this/that/etc. A lot of frustrating work. I called the main office asking them what was going on and they said they had no information on me and that I have to go back to the rep. When I did get a hold of him, it was one tall tale after the next. Now he has stopped responding. I wrote a Google review and then a sales manager stopped by my house with promises to rectify the situation. I will keep the review updated as of the outcome.
