I called HomeHero Roofing to come out to my house and look at seepage that was accumulating on my garage floor. I was concerned there was a leak in my roof, causing the issue. They came out the next day after my call. Matt came out, looked at the garage floor and looked at the roof and said it was not a roofing issue. He got up on my roof and inspected it. He said my roof looked great and nothing needed to be done and the seepage was not coming from the roof. In fact, he told me whoever did the roof originally did an excellent job and nothing needed to be done for at least another 10 years. How refreshing. He actually complimented someone else's work. I had Matt and the HomeHero team install a new roof on my entire house last year. Unfortunately the major hail storm that a few months back (4.5 inch hail) pelted my new roof. I immediately called Matt and had him inspect my roof for damage. After working with him, I did file a claim with State Farm. They agreed to replace the main portion of my roof (2nd story). Matt and his team worked closely with the State Farm adjuster and we all agreed upon a fair insurance payout. I knew what to expect since I worked with HomeHero last year and didn't even consider talking to a different roofing company this time. What was new this year is that State Farm agreed to replace all my gutters. HomeHero replaced my 2nd story roof on a Wednesday and came back on Thursday to replace the gutters.
