Honestly the only time I've seen things go bad is because they don't follow the steps to check in (which are the same as every single Labcorp location in the USA). Check in on the iPad, upload any info/documents they need, sit down, they'll call you for more info if needed, sit down again, wait till tell call you to go back and take your bloodwork. That's literally it. The problem is when people think they take priority over everyone else that also made an appt or is also waiting for their turn when is actually such a simple process. I showed her the best arm with the biggest visible vein per my many previous experiences. She said great, put the needle into my arm and hit a nerve that sent a shooting pain through my arm and hand. Painful. She then proceeded to push the needle to draw the blood. I told her she hit a nerve and it's painful. No response. She finished and I left. The next day and so far days after, there's nerve pain shooting down my arm and thumb any time I put my arm down. It's a mild numbing feeling. This happens throughout the day. It better go away. Please re-train your phlebotomist. Never going to that place again.

The bill was due on the 22nd of the month, but on the 13th of the month, they filed a civil action. When I got the one and only bill I had ever received, I had called them to tell them I was having the insurance company re-issue a check for their payment, since it was still outstanding and never cashed (did not get to me)--and before the bill was even due, they filed a civil action. When I called and asked them to drop the action AND sent them a note from the insurance company stating that the checks were being re-issued, they said they would. However, I got an email saying they would not drop the suit.. Roland Tubman is the owner who told me verbally he would drop the suite on the phone, but then wrote that he would not until the check came. When I told him it would be 3-4 weeks, which could go past the suit date he still did not drop it. This is not an organization to do business with.

She came here becase she has severe back pain, and the doctor wanted to see what was going on. Scolosis is a known issue of hers, but they wanted to see what else was going on. The report came to the docs office several days later, and to the docs surprise, the report said everything looked normal; no scolosis, no bulges, nothing. The doc asked that we get the films so she can review. My wife goes to the imaging place, and has to argue to get a copy of the films. Films go to doc, doc sees scolosis, herniations, disc degenerations etc. My wife calls the imaging place to just let them know what happened, and the owner was arguing with her and getting defensive. He barely let her get a word in, even though all she wanted to do was let them know about the error in the report. I got on the phone with him, raised my voice a little, and told him to get new radiologists. the location was very convenient, but not worth all the other issues we encountered.

After initially scheduling an appointment I was contacted by the office manager. She informed me that I would be required to pay a few hundred dollars up front in cash for my MRI (knee). Since I am fully insured I was surprised to hear this and asked the office manager to explain why this was necessary. She didn't explain the reasoning behind my supposedly required payment but made sure to make it sound as if I was somehow better off paying this money up front as opposed to having the procedure billed through my insurance. She even indicated that she had spoken to a healthcare rep from my plan on my behalf and learned that I had not yet fulfilled my deductible. At that moment I simply agreed to her proposal and made an immediate call to my healthcare provider. They assured me that I would simply be responsible for 20% of the procedure as billed since I had already met my deductible and indicated that I should under no circumstances be paying up front for ANY procedure. On the day of my appointment the office was late opening by approximately 15 minutes (I had the first available appointment of the day). After informing the staff at the front desk that no up front payment was forthcoming and filling out the necessary paperwork I was seen shortly thereafter. The technician was pleasant and competent. No problems there. The amount I was eventually billed by my insurance provider was less than half the amount the office manager originally proposed that I pay them.
