This is quite possibly the worst Quest location ever. The staff is extremely rude and they do not keep their appointments. If you have a 12 pm appointment be prepared to have more than an hour wait. There are no health protocols in place and it's extremely filthy. Save yourself and pick a different location. read more

Ridiculous! I had an appointment and decided to get there early as a walk in. The representative there told me that the location on Todt hill had no wait and to go there. I then went to Todt hill and there was a wait there also. Not only did I waste my time but I wasted my gas also. I dealt with Maryann who was so wonderful ... I waited about 10 minutes in the waiting room ..was called in and she asked for my script which i completely forgot at home. We had a generally positive experience here. The patient flow was relatively smooth without too much waiting. Seems like the lab was run by a Polish lady who served as the phlebotomist and technician, she was quite pleasant and professional. Unprofessional and rude. Always late. Always an excuse. Always. They say they're short staffed. I said every time we come you're short staffed. She admitted yes. But it's not that they are short staffed. It's that they are slow and lazy and move as slowly as they can on purpose. So they make patients wait. On purpose. My son was seen here for bloodwork. He had to fast. The phlebotomist asked him if he fasted and he responded yes, it's the holiday I have too. To which she responded it's a Jewish holiday, are you joking? Your Jewish? Where's your "Jew Hat". My son was taken completed off guard as this woman continued to push and question him being Jewish. The conversation got worst. I reached out to quest via email, phone and even Twitter and they never responded to this persons behaviour. I tried to make an online appointment for a fasting blood test and I went as a walk-in because I couldn't make the appointment that I wanted. I arrived at 8:35 a.m. and signed in. None of the employees (only two) are assigned to the front desk to assist customers. Finally, at 9:40 a.m., I asked one of the employees If they could tell me when I would be seen. She said that she really didn't know and because I was a walk-in, I could be there for a very long time. I'm sixty years old and I have a chronic illness and I cannot sit for long periods of time in the very uncomfortable chairs that they have in their office. I had to leave without having any of my tests done and I had pains in one of my hips for the rest of the day. I never plan to go back to this office again. They have no cares or real concerns for their customers. read more

Checked in my daughter on the tablet, waited 5 minutes, then someone came out to yell in the waiting room they will not accept walk-ins today. The site and the information on the phone allows walk-ins but appointments take priority. I went here at 6:45A and they told a handful of us to leave. The tech says she knew the site information is false. The techs appear to have a bad attitude. My wife also had words with the techs at the Richmond Avenue site. Terrible, I didn't have an appointment but they say walk-ins are welcome. I walked in and no one was at the counter but there was a sign in street with instructions to sign in. I signed in and sat down to wait. About 10 people in the waiting area. Finally someone came out to call a patient and I went over to ask what the wait time might be since I didn't have an appointment and she was nasty and wouldn't even talk to me. She only said if you don't have an appointment you have to take a seat (nasty). I sat down and after about a half hour I walked out and went to the one on Todt Hill road and was seen within 10 mins and they were friendly. I wouldn't go back to the Quest on Willowbrook if it was the last place on earth. read more

Service is incredibly slow, the language barrier between the staff and patients is huge and the compassion from the staff is non existent. I have been here close to 2 hours and have witnessed more individuals walking out than being served. I blame the organization for not properly staffing the facilities which leads to overworked, unfriendly staff who are running around like lunatics and yet I'm supposed to have the confidence in them drawing my blood? Been trying to make an appointment, can never speak to anyone then when I get here in ask for an ETA she cannot give me one.. not many people here. Not a friendly staff. horrible horrible horroble.... i had an appointment and waited almost an hour to be seen. i wanted my paper work to go to my gp and was told i had to fill out a form. so i go to the front desk and fill out 2 forms since blood work came from 2 doctors. i than go hand it to the tech. now today i call gp and no blood work... i call up quest and they do not have my forms . so now they cant send it to gp because its the saw. well i filled them out?????????????????????????????pissed is the least of it. why do i spend time fillout out their forms and now cant get gp the blood results without having to go into quest again and fill them out??????????????????????? incompetent at minimum sad i have no choice but to use quest due to insurance. btw have gone to the todt hill location and never a problem... willowbrook is over crowded and not good ps i only gave 1 star because that was the min i could give or i'd give a zero read more
