We have used them for several…read moreprojects and have nothing but great things to say about the quality of their work and the kindness and professionalism of the employees...from the construction workers to the project coordinators. Mr. Marino himself even came by several times to ensure that we were taken care of. In addition to the quality of the work, they really understood that as a childcare center we needed to ensure the safety of the children while the work was being done and thereafter. They even assisted us in brainstorming the best way to make updates and improve security. Prior to calling Marino (because we didn't know they took on smaller projects) we called many other companies in Key West and either didn't get a call back, the person never showed up to see the scope of work, or they gave us a quote and never showed up to do the work. So not only were we pleased that they showed up, but they followed through and even completed one job ahead of the time we were expecting. I will be calling on them for any and all future projects and you should too!

He upgraded the plumbing, electrical, installed toilet, tub and rewired the entire room. He installed new light fixtures, sink and mirrors. He replaced walls and floor tile, trim and replaced the existing window with a high impact window. He painted where required. This work was all permitted and met current code/standards. He has done extensive interior and exterior work throughout my home. He is professional. His skills are broad, his knowledge and judgement are superb. He provides his own tools and will shop for required items if they aren't on the site. In addition, he is a very pleasant guy.

Can't express enough how impressed I was with Fred and Caveman Everything. First off they responded…read moremy request very quickly and provided a more than reasonable price. Secondly, he was at my house within 90 mins from me speaking with him to begin working (and this was towards the end of the day so extra points for his willingness to come out after I had gotten home from work). Finally, I needed help installing an wi-if thermostat that my wife had purchased...we had previously had two other people come out who had not been able to figure out. Fred went above and beyond and refused to give up where the others had previously called it quits. After he was able to locate the new wires and properly set it up with the electrical wiring he stayed around to make sure it was working properly as we began to set it up. Again five stars doesn't seem to do justice but I really appreciate everything he did and would use him again and recommend him to family and friends!! Derek
