He came over made the assessment and placed and set traps with a camera so they knew when they captured the squirrels. After catching 2 squirrels and putting stronger wire over the entry point. Then placed another trap just in case there might have been another way in. But no more issues with the squirrels. I hope I don't have any more wildlife or other pests but if I do, I would definitely go back with Pestify. And you cannot miss their truck!

After that they would deceide if they wanted to come to Westhampton Beach or not. I asked why anyone would do that. I have been a home owner for over 40 years and never had a contractor say that Westhampton Beach was too far. It is 20 minuets and we don't traffic issues like out east. The competition gives free estimates. I didn't get a reasonable reply so I booked the guys with a good reputation and am waiting for them to visit and give me a free estimate.

After seeing evidence of a rat, and meeting the large guy in my basement, I tried to resolve the…read moreissue myself. I found a crack in a roof drain pipe near the main sewer outlet to the street. Sealed the likely entrance, built trap boxes ( YouTube... ) and used various baits. Rats are extremely smart and fast. He'd get the food but not caught. After a a few weeks I gave in and searched for an exterinator. The reviews about Joe prompted me to get in touch. The reviews describe him perfectly ! He came the next day. We spent almost 2 hours going around the house inspecting for evidence of entry points, nests, activity as well as getting to know each other. He is truly a nice guy who knows his craft ! Joe seemed impressed by my approach. Thought, based on what he saw, that there might only be the one and didn't see any obvious additional enrty points. He suggested a few new baits and traps and we decided to stay in touch before moving to poison. He refused payment for his time and advice. He promptly replied to my status texts over the next few days. Nobody caught, no success... until I got him ! Sent Joe pictures. Recieved a congratulations reply ! Now going to keep monitoring for a few weeks, traps set. Maybe my problem is solved. Fingers crossed my visitor didn't have friends and family. She took the time to communicate with me even before we hired her. I couldn't believe how much she knew, including more than 2 doctors! Her price point was in line with every other company. I had never experienced bedbugs and knew nothing about them or the signs. Sam took care of everything! She talked and then walked us through the entire process making us feel confident that we would not have to "burn our house down" which was my initial solution.
