Once I got through the five or so that weren't licensed and insured, I got to the ones who were just downright rude - like I said, I know nothing about duct cleaning so the questions I had likely were stupid, but a bit of tact goes a long way. With this company, I felt like all my questions were answered in a respectful way and dumbed down enough so that even a noob like me could understand. She took the time to communicate with me even before we hired her. I couldn't believe how much she knew, including more than 2 doctors! Her price point was in line with every other company. I had never experienced bedbugs and knew nothing about them or the signs. Sam took care of everything! She talked and then walked us through the entire process making us feel confident that we would not have to "burn our house down" which was my initial solution.
