Her knowledge of the area and recommendations were great and she really took us full throttle on a really fun ride. We stopped at picnic island which was so fun too. They even mention how superior their tours are as they don't kayak in urban areas. What they don't say is that you are ferried to a "working" dock which houses many unoccupied boats that appear to be abandoned and if you use the bathroom, you are escorted to the toilet carrying toilet paper and hand sanitizer. In terms of the guide, Sarah, she was great and we appreciated her knowledge but she didn't have much to work with. The water was crystal clear and the mangroves were amazing to see. In terms of wildlife, we saw a conch, a juvenile nurse shark and jellyfish. We saw a pelican and an egret. The planes from the navy as well as commercial planes went overhead constantly so the trip was far from peaceful and I'm guessing most of the wildlife went elsewhere. As my husband says, if you want to be out on the water, it's fine but if you want to see wildlife and have a nicer experience, go elsewhere

We booked the half day snorkeling excursion for the two of us and our four children (14, 12, 8, and 7) and it was a picture perfect day in the water. Both our guides were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable, not to mention incredibly patient as they fitted each of us up and made sure that the youngest were safe and able to enjoy the snorkeling as much as the older ones. Sweet Marla even snorkeled alongside our daughter and gave her the confidence to go out a second time alone. Great company, great boat, great snacks, great sea life! We can't wait to come back soon and do it again!

Turns out I did in fact need that paperwork properly filled out in order to register this kayak. I mailed the paperwork back to the store two months ago, after posting this review, and one month ago they claimed to have mailed it back (I still have not received it). So unless this paperwork appears out of thin air, I'm left with a $1200 kayak I can't use how I want to. Even if it does magically appear, this will have been a frustrating waste of my time and money. I deeply regret my purchase.

We were scammed. We…read morebooked a boat rental with this company **six months in advance**, so we were extremely disappointed when we arrived and were told our reserved boat had broken down. Ray offered us a larger boat at the same price, and we signed a contract for the replacement boat covering the same **three-day rental period** as our original reservation. However, at the end of the **first day**, we were unexpectedly told that we only had the larger boat for one day because it had already been rented to someone else. This was the first time anyone had mentioned that, despite the contract we had signed. Ray and Barbara told us they would try to find us another boat and give us a call. We never received a phone call or any follow-up. The situation became even more frustrating when we requested a refund for the days we were unable to use a boat. Barbara initially told us we would be able to receive a refund, but after that it became very difficult to get answers. Ray would not return or answer our phone calls. While trying to resolve the issue, we went to Duck Key Marina, where the company was previously located. We were told that similar situations had happened to other customers in the past. We understand that mechanical problems happen, and we would have been understanding if the situation had been handled professionally. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, failure to honor the signed rental agreement, and difficulty obtaining a refund turned what should have been a great vacation into a very frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this company based on how our reservation and refund were handled.
