When searching for window repair, other "window companies" resulted in rejection after rejection, as they only service what they installed. What good is that!?!? SO HAPPY I FOUND ROB AT UNBEATABLE! After emailing him via his site, he replied back promptly, even following up with a text message as I was traveling for work and didn't respond. Analyzing my problem was fast and easy. I sent him a picture of the window /crank/control arm, gave him measurements(he actually knew them but wanted to verify), then sent me links to the parts online for a fraction of the price of what local supply stores wanted. I purchased the parts directly(he gave me 3 sites to check inventory and color desired) and only charged labor costs (very reasonable) to fix both windows. His professionalism was off the charts! The windows work better than when we first installed them 17 years ago!!! Can't believe we lived with them working partially for so long. Wish I called /found Rob sooner! We have him down to fix our sliding door to the patio next - as one side is warped due to a water leak. Rob is awesome. I would give 50+ stars if I could!

We had a budget, and he helped us keep to it, but he really went above and beyond that. Other vendors told us there was no way to keep the 130 year window moldings, but Turab not only helped us keep them, but had so many neat tricks to improve our restoration project. Other vendors just gave us offers against our project scope, but Turab explained to us the dynamics of different windows in different parts of the house and what types worked best and saved us money. He made custom moldings for our cellar windows. He also helped us out to stop a fly tipping incident one day when we were out and not able to deal with it ourselves. And when it was pouring with rain and our basement flooded, he went outside and took a really long and hard look and told us what the problem was. We got it fixed the same weekend and never had issues since.

We had 3 roofs to be replaced, the main house, the standalone garage, and a flat roof, part of an extension to the house. The job was projected to take 2 days, but they finished in 1, promptly starting at 7:30 am and not leaving until 7 that night. Crews kept moving in and out all day to do different parts of the job. Mark was great to deal with and worked with us. The crew was hardworking - worked quickly but carefully, made the necessary repairs and made sure to clean up all the debris. The roof looks great! I called approximately 10 different window screen installation businesses and window businesses in general to see if I could have anybody install some official window screens for my windows. G and G Windows was the only company who responded to my inquiry. Not only did G and G Windows respond , but they responded in a timely manner. The next day they came to my apartment for measurements and two days after that they came with the screens which are perfect. Unfortunately, coop city no longer provides screens for the windows and I could not get anyone who could refer me to a company or anybody for that matter to help me get the screens. Each screen for each window cost $230.00 which I can understand how some people can see as expensive. However , I am extremely with the results, the quality and the service I received . KORAB was the individual who helped me . KORAB was very professional and timely with all his responses regarding all of my questions. To all my fellow cooperators in coop city , the Bronx , I would recommend you getting your screens from G and G Windows and asking for KORAB. Once again , it may seem a little pricey for some , but I assure you that the price equated with everything else and I'm happy that I had KORAB and G and G Windows to install the window screens in my windows.

He was transparent, describing in detail what areas of my property he thought would be more of a challenge to clean thoroughly, but was confident the house would be much cleaner when he was done...and he was right. On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them. John is fair and honest and a nice guy and really great at what he does. Don't hesitate to use him if you need power washing done.

Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.
