I own a two story home. I rarely go on the roof. Notice a water stain up stairs paid no mine. Months of rain checked the room and seen it has spread notice a crack along the side of roof. Went to my reliable yelp app search and immediate response was from best roof. I post my pictures and received a price and said they can come immediately. Price was within my budget. Others after them tried to give me a new roof. Choose wisely don't pay for what you don't ask for. They came explain job and did the crack and looked over roof and touched up other areas. Summer '25 ) explaining how you left a hole in my attic from the inside by using inferior materials that did not fit snugly. Water came into attic and on my living room ceiling through that hole in Jan. Is this your understanding of doing the job correctly? See new photos of how you left my roof. Caulking & Black tar covering tile where hole is will have to be watched and done as needed. That is not a permanent fix. These are the final results of how you left my roof. You wanted your photo posted that you took in June showing a neat clean job when in reality you angled the camera to eliminate the caulking, nail and tar. This is manipulation of your work at the customer's expense. New photos taken by a different camera show a difference in color. You never offered to redo my roof until Jan 2026 when you offered me a refund (that you previously refused to give me) "in consideration to the listing." It was only after I posted this review that you considered a refund. You came 2 times - June. & Jan. I guess you consider leaving a hole in my roof 'work completed correctly' because you refused to come in Jan claiming your car was not working . I offered to pick you up but you came anyway in your car that wasn't working after I insisted because of the Nor'easter & Snowstorm that was coming. Your additional tasks were finding the hole in Jan that you refused to fix in June. All of your efforts are accurately reflected in my review. Genci, if anyone is under pressure it's me having to hire someone to fix my roof permanently. You caused enough stress with your repeated manipulations in word and deed to cover up the job you did and the manipulation of this review. You came to my house 2 times to repair my roof but only made it worse each time. You nailed a piece of wood, to cover the hole inside the attic, up into my roof top. I don't know if those nails pierced the shingles or even the wood to securely stay up. The hole still remains in the roof if that wood ever falls down. Again, this is not a permanent fix. Yet, you say 'to your understanding the work was completed correctly.' You have not told the truth about what you did to my roof in your words , in your photo or in your response to my review. Bottom line, the roof needs to be reopened, the correct size wood needs to replace the wood with the hole, & the shingles repaired for a permanent fix. This means extra money spent to correct your unprofessional work! You are responsible for this damage! read more
